I had my car towed to the shop and the owners were friendly and got right to work figuring out what the problem was. I needed a few things as my car is 2002 and they handled it (without charging an arm and a leg) and my car was ready the NEXT DAY! I ordered tires online from a tire store and had them delivered here.

I called Brothers Auto late in the afternoon on a Saturday about a flat tire. They saw me promptly and fixed the valve stems on all my tires for a VERY reasonable rate. All the mechanics were very nice and Luis went out of his way to make sure everything was good with my vehicle and giving it a quick look over (brake and fuel lines, all fluids, etc). These guys were awesome!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Horrible shop. Have to take car back several times to get it fixed properly. Never go to this shop. Lazy work and customer service. Denied broking my parts and refused to pay to fix. Would never recommend to anyone.
