Quality Car Care is excellent!! They are great to deal with. As a single woman it can be hard to find a mechanic that I can trust but these guys never let me down. I'm so glad to have found them. My mom is 90 yrs old and is always pleased with the service they do on her Bonneville. They are very good to her and me.

I have had never had a problem with the crew at Quality Car Care, Honest, Reliable, Fast, Done on time and on budget, I have had several cars to them, including a 2020 Chevy Silverado, I am very picky about the mechanics who work on my vehicles, either Dealer or here, only two places I go, Thanks Guys

I have been coming here for 5 years now, and my parents have been coming for longer than that. Luis, Dean, and the rest of their crew do an amazing job. They're always kind, up front, and generous. One time I needed wiper blades but was short on my budget, so Luis gave them to me anyway for free. This is just a testament to his generosity. Any time I've been here, it's been affordable, quality service. They are always honest with me about the work that is necessary and the work that is not. Brought my truck in for some front end work and was told I didn't need it but I needed rear end work... well 2k later, I had both ends done and the differential that was put in was WRONG and it had to be done all over again... after I drove it home to Tosa. I would think that that would be something you tried out before giving it the all clear. THEN come to find out they over looked and skipped other minor repairs along the way that turned into bigger problems. Don't go there, save your money, time, and vehicle.

Extremely dishonest and overpriced. I specifically paid for new spark plugs and an oil change only to find out that my spark plugs were never changed and was still charged full price for the work that wasn't done. They are also very pushy by suggesting work that isn't required. I was advised that my transmission was going bad and needed to do something about it ASAP or else. I refused the work because I knew it was a lie and have not had any issues (this was 2 years ago). I refuse to ever go back there again and suggest going else where for any car maintenance/repair or better yet, learn
