Auto Safety Center provided me with honest, personalized service. They are partners with their customers and make sure that the service performing is the right service. I was told by the dealership that I needed front breaks but when they went to do the work at Auto Safety Center they noticed I had more that 45% of my pads left.
Instead of doing the work and charging me, they called to let me know but suggested I replace my tires because they noticed the tread was extremely low. I appreciate they looked out for my best interest and my Safety. Id like to thank Auto Safety with all the help and repairs on my 1999 Acura 3.0CL.

I've taken my Jeep wrangler into the dealership for service since I purchased it (2013), but I have been having an ongoing issue with my check engine light that they could never seem to figure out. This time it came on and wasn't going off, and it started to have a slow oil leak. Instead of listening to the dealership again, I called Michael and spoke about my engine issues. He got my vehicle in right away. I love that they are very thorough with all the inspections and give me the details needed to decide what to fix. I cannot say enough about Auto Safety Center. Unfortunately, our family has had to have our Subaru and Toyota serviced more than one would want however there is not ither place id rather take our vehicles. Michael is always a pleasure to speak with.
Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else and sing their praises to friends and family.

I'm not sure I can say I've ever enjoyed an experience as a mechanic– even for simple things like getting your quarterly oil change. However, after my experience yesterday I don't think I can say that anymore. The entire experience from start to finish was personal, professional, and ethical. When I inquired about getting an oil change done I was asked if I've had my tires rotated recently. I answered no and for a small add-on charge they offered to take care of that for me. Not too long after they took my car back, a gentleman came out to talk to me about my tires. He said that one had two holes

First time at this business, typically I have taken my VW to the dealer for maintenance. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my car. Great service and did not try to push any service items that were not truly necessary. Any future maintenance needs I will be going to Auto Safety Center.

Way to expensive. $1200 for wheel bearing replacement? That’s ridiculous in my opinion. Almost $600 in labor for one of the most basic jobs. I feel like I get ripped off almost every time I take my car to the shop but this is just bad. Plus, they charge for diagnostics on top of the repair. Seems like that should be included in that ridiculous price to me. I will not be returning.

The service and people are always wonderful, and the free loaner vehicles are an amazing bonus, though I wish they had a few more of them because sometimes there aren't any available. Though, they usually are pretty quick to get the work done, so the lack of loaner vehicles is rarely an issue. They have also gone above and beyond by doing some work extra work they found needing done without charging me for it, so I'd highly recommend these guys.
