I like Derek / Wittl Wrenchin...he's a nice guy and knowledgeable mechanic; however, I felt I need to write an honest review. I've been trying to get Derek to fix a a tough problem with a Ford truck miss firing on several cylinders since early spring. He's often overloaded with work and horribly unresponsive. He also misses significant details when in a rush...for example the truck was pouring oil over the exhaust and billowing thick smoke first drive after he replaced the valve covers...he simply didn't check it or do a test drive when done.
