I have left a couple of positive reviews about this shop, but this will not be one of them.
In both August and November of this year, my husband purchased tires from them. This past Friday, one of the tires blew. The sidewall just split. When he took it to the shop to replace it under the warranty that should have been in place, he was told he must have hit something on the road and the warranty would not be honored.
It was bright daylight when he was driving and on the highway. There was NOTHING to hit. The tire was obviously faulty.
Shame on this company for treating a good customer this

I discovered a large bump on the tire sidewall which could deflate anytime. Called them at 4pm, and the very nice lady immediately found the size in stock, said don't worry about our closing at 4:30, just come on over. It was fixed in 20 minutes.
It's a family owned business. Wonderful people, great service.

I had been coming here for years and the last time would be my last. I was out of town for a few months and had my car in storage and naturally my car wouldn't start. I took it in to get a new battery, and they told me the wait would be at least a half hour. I said no problem and about two hours had passed, the front desk person had told me that they couldn't get to my car (all the while I thought they were working on it) and I should leave it overnight so they could work on it the next day. I had an extremely confusing experience there. Spoke w 3 different people in a matter of 10min, one saying my car wasn't there at all, another saying they hadn't started working on it to give me a time estimate and the third had a complete diagnostic and recommendation for services (?!). They did apologize for the confusion but then when I picked up the car my bill was over $135 more than quoted due to parts which was never clarified to me over the phone. So I called about getting tired changed on my girlfriends car, guy quoted me $380 or something close to that. Then my girlfriend went in the next day to get that same procedure done and he was wanting to charge her like $430, how can a price that I was quoted change over night like that? My opinion is they take advantage of women who seem like they can't stand up for them selves or don't have the knowledge to back them selves up. Bad people and very dishonest. Wouldn't reccomend their services to anyone who is not a friend or family of the company, as I'm sure they would treat

Take your vehicle to Master Auto Center. That's all you need to know. These guys are great, Tommy does great work. He quotes you a price and that's what you pay, no surprises. He gives you a day when your vehicle will be ready and it's ready. I read some of the negative reviews and they seem to be about the cost for small jobs- this guy is a certified mechanic! He's not your neighbor down the road that can "fix cars" but usually just messes them up worse. It costs more to get someone who knows what they're doing. Went in to replace 2 front tires last year, I was told front breaks and alignment was needed as well. Took care of all of it, days later breaks were squeaking. This never happened prior to taking it to this shop. Took my car back hoping they could fix it. Wrong! I was then told my back breaks and rotors needed to be changed... since I had the money I figured get it done, they know what they're talking about?! Left the shop once again, spent more money then expected and breaks STILL SQUEAKED! Just took my car into Royal Hawaiian tire & auto center and they fixed the problem the previous

I truly appreciate great customer service.. and the staff here are all great. My first visit back in June was treat-- they were able to bring in my special tire within a day.
I called them again this weekend because they're close to home and service was great the last time. Only this time I needed an oil change and routine maintenance. Service was complete within an hour, recommendations of upcoming filter changes were mentioned and staff was just as friendly as the first time. Thank you!

Don't go here. Read all other poor reviews and make your decision. They will rip you off. If you do want them to do work for you, make sure you get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. I really wanted to like them because they are nice and charming and funny but they took advantage of my auto mechanic ignorance and grossly overcharged me to change air filter. $120 for a job that shoulda taken 5 minutes and $15 for new air filter. I felt completely duped. They also didn't apply my diagnostic cost to repairs as promised. One positive thing that came from this is a greater desire

I'm bummed. I came in after my girlfriend got her alignment done here. She said it was awesome. I came in to get mine done. They took it In then told me my ball joints need replaced. I said ok, can you align it best you can until I can afford to get that done? They said no come back when they are done. My new tires will wear funny until I can come up with the money which will cost me more in long run.
They bid the job for $900. I looked at part it was $20 not sure why so much.

I recently got a flat tire on my car and after running into a few shops that's where a nightmare to deal with, this shop changed my outlook on a tire dealership. I think it was the owner that I met, but he was so friendly. He gave me a great rate and changed my tire in less than 20 minutes. I was amazing. I would highly recommend this company 100%.

Donovan was really helpful over the phone and just as personable in the office. He quoted us a good price and a 3 hour window and they delivered as promised. Staff and mechanic was great. Went in to perform a front wheel alignment after lifting my truck. They took me in the day I called and performed repair in less than an hour. At the end the mechanic explained to me about the adjustments performed. I would come here again for tire and alignment services.

Top shelf service at SR Discount Tire!!
Needed a flat repair and was able to "drive-in" without needing to make an appointment. Service was welcoming, honest, and quick!! Technicians were really friendly and polite - the flat repair (had a long screw all up in my tire) as well as a tire rotation only took about 45 minutes from when we pulled up. Affordable too!!
Super nice waiting room - it was clean and spacious with small snack offerings as well as coffee and water. Also a customer bathroom. They also have some chairs out front of the office too.
