Car came back worse than it went in. Had my car for over a month and communication went from really great to really bad, really quick. Website says BBB certified and he's not. I finally had to tow my car back. I am very suspicious this is a scam business, especially when he keeps moving his locations.

I took our Audi to Chad because we had to be in Minnesota in a couple of weeks and he was the only one who could get it in, right away. It didn't need anything major, but I wanted the issues it had, fixed before we hit the road. It had a shake at 60mph and above, hard starting, needed a fog light replaced, replace the cabin air filters (which I provided).
He said the alternator was causing a whole bunch of codes and needed to be replaced, and the engine mount on the driver's side was bad. Trusting he knew what he was doing, I gave the go ahead.

I had been working in the area when my motor went to crap. I had it towed to 406 Auto for a diagnostic. They left me without access to it during diagnostic when I needed gear for work. It took multiple people multiple calls to get someone to return voicemails. They lied about contacting my warranty company. They are horrible at timely communication and it took threatening to involve the BBB and law enforcement to get them to answer. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone. Ultimately it cost me hundreds of extra dollars while having a simple diagnostic done and someone else

I do NOT recommend his services. I took my truck into Chad about 5 months ago to have a rebuild on my engine. We paid him more then half of the money up front, to have 5 months go by with absolutely no work done. We have tried negotiating and working with chad but he refuses to do his Job. He has cost us more then the truck is worth at this point. Having to take him to court for a law suit on stealing our money. He has more than 30% of his work come back due to his poor mechanic skills. I have yet to meet a person who is happy with his work.. I will never recommend him to anyone.
