The labor shortage is hitting everyone right now, but when I called, they took a few extra minutes to help me do some of my own diagnostics. While it was not successful in reducing my wait time to get my vehicle serviced, the level of customer service I was given was miles ahead of other shops giving me a scripted, "We'd have to look at it," before even listening to my questions. Thank you, Straightaway Motors!

Got my water pump replaced here on my audi roughly 13 months ago. This is just outside the warranty on their work and parts. When they replaced my water pump, they did so incorrectly, scratching up intake manifold (found this out after I took my car to another shop for a coolant leak). The water pump failed after just one year. I spent $760 on labor, another $511 on parts for this repair originally. Now, I have to spend another thousand because they didn’t do the repair correctly.

Talked with straightaway motors and they were able to cover replacement

I really appreciated my service and treatment! Even when I first came in to make an appointment I was treated like I was the only customer they had. Cody went the extra mile to look at my car to make sure it was safe for me to be driving it home. My appointment went smoothly too. They really go the extra mile and treat you and your car like VIPs!!!

My daughter ended up in Bozeman; broken down and stranded 1300 miles from home. I contacted Straightaway Motors and spoke with Cody, who listened to my entire story with patience and understanding. He not only fixed my daughter’s car quickly & efficiently but also took care of a worried & concerned mother in a different state; putting my mind at ease. The 5 star rating I gave Straightaway Motors doesn’t seem to be enough in comparison to all we received. In these crazy times it is so wonderful to come across this type of service. This company charged $380 for a seasonal tire swap and oil change. Without asking for consent they performed a full vehicle inspection, which was a portion of the charge, but we did not ask for that service. the cost of the oil change and the swap were both double what other reputable businesses charge. Outrageous. The clerk at the desk took on a very "sorry I don't make the prices, it is what it is" attitude. I will never go back, and will make an effort to steer others away.

Took my sprinter in to get the lights fixed, over a month later and after hundreds of dollars, they fixed absolutely nothing. Feel like I was robbed, was just vaguely explained about the problems they had found but didn’t do anything about. Would take my vehicle in and call back days later to check up on it and they would not have even pulled it in to look at it. Even as they are understaffed, I would have hoped they could have done a better job of prioritizing vehicles to actually get things done.
