The guy was extremely rude and aggressive.
I asked him to change the cover where you put your face (it is a disposable cover just to be clear) and he blankly said no.
And when I asked again he became aggressive, got in my face and asked me to leave.
Awful customer service. Will never go back again.

I been coming here for about 3 years. Sometimes it hurts after for awhile sometimes it doesn’t. I have them on my team for my stressed and overworked shoulders. I drive over an hour to come see them.

Had a booked appointment, drove all the way here, and they told me to go away because they’d overbooked
Rude as heck, wasted my day, hateful nasty staff

I like this place because you don't have to preschedule and it's basically a dollar a minute. Most massage places do 60 minute minimum massages or they charge $45 for half a hour to force the longer and more expensive massage. The biggest issue is they really don't speak ANY English. Don't bother trying to call, just walk in and point and what you want.

They open at 10 on Saturdays and don't take appointments. We drove an hour and while others shopped I had hoped to get a massage. 2 people arrived before me at 1030 for the first appointment. No one greeted me, which was fine since they were with customers. I placed my name on the list at 1040. At 11:15 they came out to tell me they weren't taking another appointment until 12:30!! WTH kind of service is that??

Wait time was acceptable, table accupressure was much better than a typical massage! just tried it today for the first time and I'm instantly a regular here! David did an outstanding job

As a patron who receives massages quite frequently at other spas in my travels, I unfortunately found this facility to be unprofessional and subpar cleanliness, especially in wake of COVID-19. The set up lacked spa quality, as partitions were set up in what appeared to be a retail space. We had made the appointments and were already in place, so we went through with it. They were also the only location that had same day availability for my mother and I. We should have trusted out first instinct to walk out when we approached with reservations of cleanliness and professionalism. Into our massage

My first visit was pretty nicely done by a lady and during my second visit on 12/4/19 evening around 8pm, I even took my friend along with me. My female friend had a 1 hour table massage from the lady(who did my first visit) and it was good. But, I received a 1 hour table massage from a guy(let’s say Alex) and I’m not at all satisfied with it. He kept on asking if the pressure was fine(which is good) but I never got a massage on my arms and head(above neck). He even skipped massaging my right leg, the massage techniques were different and short when compared between what was done to both foot

I decided on the 20 Minute Chair Massage. I highly recommend their services.
I wish that I could've spent more time in the chair but my schedule wouldn't allow me to do so.

I had went to this place one time it was nice however the second time(3days later) 13Sep2020 I went I made an appointment for me and my husband and my car broke down on the way I called to inform her I'd be no later that 5 min late. I arrived just when I said and the lady in charge was VERY rude winking at other customers suggesting I wait like them. She did not uphold her appointment and tried her best to make us feel uncomfortable we left on account to her rudeness. Very unprofessional and I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone

First time there. Amazing. Jessica was very kind and thoughtful. She asked me what we're my pain issues and addressed everyone. I left feeling relief for the first time in a long time.
I highly recommend them.
I will be returning there often.

The worst experience ever! Took my mother for her 60th birthday for her first massage ever and will not be back. They spoke in another language the entire massage & even though I could not understand, I definitely knew they were talking bad about me. We got a full body massage and my mother said they didn't touch her feet and began talking once they got to her feet. My sister also got the same massage and her feet were massaged. I wish I could've got my money back

Very nice, clean location. I went during the week to get an special. Not sure if the guy that massaged me was new. But he didn't flow through the massage very well. The foot massage was good! But I did have a bit of a sore neck the next day.

I received a 60 min foot spa treatment today and it was totally what I needed! I unfortunately didn't get the name of the young lady that worked on me because of the language barrier but I totally look for her every time I'm in town!!

This place is located in Charlotte Premium Outlet. Closest place to park would be close to the entrance with Starbucks and it's a few stores down on the left. You can do a foot massage in a chair and they do a little of your shoulders as well, body massage which is in a chair or a table massage where you get undressed.

This place is amazing! When I traveled through China this massage and foot bath was very common. The best back and shoulder massage I have had! Best part you can just walk through the door. It's the real deal so save yourself money at those high priced places and come here. I'll be back a lot!
