They constantly asked how much we were willing to pay. The guy who’s name is Scott refuses to let me come in and get a fender painted while I have the car there so he can color match and the paint codes. One of the employees damaged the fender after talking it out of the package. They refused to tell us an estimate or their pricing.

Roberta and Mark are not trustworthy people, they were very unprofessional and thieves, my car was towed because of flat tires, I was told by Mark to go buy tires and it would stop storage fee, Upon delivering tire I received a invoice on what my total cost would be for the next day when car was fixed and ready, then next day, they called saying it was a few adjustments on invoice , only needed 2 tires instead of 4, ok. I’m thinking great the bill should be lower than expected. I called shop near end of day and they demanded I come right now to pay & pick u car, at this time I was at work, so

They gave me a same day estimate when I walked in, helped me schedule a rental car, came in yhe next day before they were officially open so that rental could pick me up, and most importantly Marvel did great work repairing my vehicle and got me back in my car quickly.

I got recommended by my mechanic to go to Marvel Auto Body when my truck got hit from behind. From the time i dropped off my truck until the time i picked it up, everything was handled very professional with courtesy and promptly. The body work and paint job was amazing, you can't even tell i was in an accident. Anytime I'm in need of auto body work, this is where I'll go.

They are not good at getting back to people to get the auto repairs done.I have made several tries over many months to get them to help me but no results .What makes me mad is putting one's valuable time aside to go there and they say we will call you and they blow you off. A good company considers every customer important, but they obviously don't.

Marvel Auto Body is a great place to buy a good used car in the $2-$10K price range. Most of these vehicles are older, higher mileage, but QUALITY cars that dealers generally don't want to sell. I have bought two older vehicles here and both have been very dependable. Mark does a great job vetting and servicing every vehicle he sells. Ed at the front desk is knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Recommended.
