I have a 2004 Dodge Dakota John and his crew had to install a heater core I understood that they had to take the entire interior out but his price was still sensible unfortunately a month later the heater core started leaking again John had me bring it in you put a brand new heater core in it again at no charge at all I would definitely use John for all my Automotive needs

July had my SUV looked at , was supposed to be a diagnosis and during it the mechanic broke the part worse to were a 739.00 bill was produced and I had to wait untill November for a rebate check and added social security money that I couldn't afford and the mechanic supposedly quite to work mc Donald's ya right and 3 days after the reai check engine light back on and the owner is absolutely rude and took pictures and video. I don't recommend them

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to replace a headlight, just because I didn't have the patience to do it myself. I also wanted them to check out a rattle I had in my front end that sounded like a bent control rod and I was insistent that's what the problem was.
The headlight turned out to be a bigger problem, which they quickly diagnosed and fixed. They also checked out my rattle and determined that it was a very minor problem and not my control arm and fixed it for free.
They were honest and very pleasant to work with.

If you want a business who give you an honest assessment of the condition of your car and offers excellent, reasonably priced service, go see John Quercia and his shop on Route 12 in Norwich. They'll only address and fix what is wrong with your car or truck. They won't try to sell you parts and services you don't need.
I highly recommend this shop for all foreign and domestic car and truck work.
