It was good over all nice people. The only issue I had was I asked them put in a brake line in the rear (what they have done). I never gotten a call from them about it needing a wheel cylinder in the rear left. I was warned about soft brakes but when I was on the road heading home I had no brakes at all. They did good work but they should have called me while it was getting worked done and told me about it and put a new part in. I should have never left and they should have found a way to put in the new part

This place has the feel of your home town mechanic shop. They will fit you in immediately if it is a emergency. If you have to leave your vehicle with them all day, they will offer to take you home and pick you up when the car is done if you don't have anyone else to help you. They are honest about the repairs and will even tell you if it is something that can wait if you can't afford it. And if it can't wait to be fixed they will work with you if they know you. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

TLC is always attentive to my vehicle, I thought I needed an oil change when my service light came on but the "oil change due" service light was never reset from the dealership after they had changed the oil. TLC comes and gets my vehicle so I do not have to wait at the shop for oil changes or maintenance. Thank You for only servicing what is absolutely necessary and not over charging for labor costs! I love TLC!
