Dr. Cho is a graduate of Loma Linda University. Dr. Cho is an excellent dentist and communicator who takes the time to listen to and offer solutions to his individual patients' needs. The best dentist and Dental staff that I've ever encountered. And I've been to a lot of dentists in my life. The staff is always always cheerful and greeting me with a smile when I come in. And the dentist that I use Dr. karaoke ( sorry if I misspelled his name) is the best. He's very thorough and goes through everything that has to be done and that will be done and explains why in depth .

Dr. Fang has been our family dentist for over 10 years and we drive for an hour just to see her. She's super knowledgeable and gentle. I only trust her to deal with my daughter who unfortunately has had several fillings done at an early age.
I wouldn't trust any other dentist besides Dr. Fang for my daughter and for me (I'm really squeamish about it dental needles!)
If you need a patient and caring dentist, look no further than Dr. Fang.
The staff is great also and the facilities are extremely clean. Thank you Dr Fang and Parkview Dental!!

Dr. Cho is a meticulous craftsman and expert dentist. He always explains all the details in a compassionate tone and follows with a reassuring smile.
Anyone who meets Dr. Cho knows they're in the best care. But the even greater thing about Parkview Dental is that the entire staff is held to Dr. Cho's extra high standards. I appreciate that so much. The quality of service and procedures is evident every time, and especially so in this COVID season.

Will not return. I was going to write a lengthy review detailing my horrible experience then though, why on earth am I even giving them this much thought and effort. This place is a dental scam. All they want to do is give you fillings and rack up as much of a bill as they possibly can. Fillings are their thing. My visit was a complete waste of time and I really urge anyone considering this office with anything but the best insurance in the world that pays for everything to stay far away.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Joyce Inouye for 10 years and we can't say enough about her. She is the best dentist ever and her bedside manner is hands down the best. She makes us all feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Inouye and the entire staff make are visits pleasant and we look forward to coming in for our exams, x-ray and cleaning 2x a year. Highly recommend her....

I had one of the best dental experiences I've ever had here. I have horrible anxiety about getting dental work done but the whole staff was very kind and considerate. Everyone was welcoming and they even made an exception to let my boyfriend come in with me for moral support. They were very clean and sanitary and everyone was wearing 2 masks and a face guard! I felt very safe going to the dentist in the middle of a pandemic! Thank you to everyone that took care of me today here!

0 stars, but I guess if it's one it goes to the hygienist none for Dr. Cho I attempted to remedy this situation directly but after unsuccessful with the continued outreach to them I feel I need to warm everyone else about this place. Stay away! I live close to here and I thought I would be coming here for the rest of my life along with my entire family I guess the dentist doesn't know business 101 its always best to keep customers happy then go get new customers every time. Long story short he did my crown incorrectly and I was in pain for almost two years and they kept brushing me off

I'm a internationals student and anxious about visiting dentist. To put it simple they are great at what they do. They were able to explain to me what are the problems I have. All my family members are in medical field so I know about the rough estimation of my bill. I am in college and with my insurance Pay only a fraction of the cost they gave me. I don't want to trouble my family for my experience. They provided me a options which is in-house plan which provide 40 discount for the overall procedure with combined of care-credit I could afford the treaty.

Man I don't know about these guys. I've been going to them for 2 years and Jennifer (Dental Hygienist) doesn't remember me or our conversations. I'm pretty hurt. I'm just kidding, she's super awesome and friendly! Definitely try to schedule with her for cleanings to have a great time!

I have been to a lot of dentist and I have never experienced such an awesome customer service. I love Parkview Dental Group. The doctors are very gentle, honest, caring and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they never pushed me and gave me the best options to fix my teeth. The staff are very sweet, kind and helpful. I feel Parkview Dental Group care for their patients.
The office is clean and the waiting place has coffee, teas , water and some magazines.
Totally recommend this place and I will update my experience in the near future.

I came in to have a night guard made. One of the dentists put on gloves, turned on the light (the switch was not covered with the plastic wrap), adjusted her glasses (obviously not covered) and adjusted her chair (also not covered) before asking me to open my mouth.
I very apologetically pointed out to her all the items she'd touched with her gloves and asked her to change her gloves before putting her hands in my mouth.

This was my first time at Parkview Dental. nice office- clean. staff friendly, helpful. Saw Dr. Fang. we followed her over to this office. We have been patients of hers for over 5 years. We live in the Palm… Springs area. She is an excellent dentist- very thorough in examinations. very knowledgeable. she explains things in detail. Dr. Fang cleans your teeth herself. She has an outstanding background in dentistry.

This office will cancel your appointment without telling you until you get there. I received a text message this morning at 8am confirming my appointment, but when I arrived at 9:40am (after sitting in traffic for 40 min) I was told that my appointment was cancelled because the hygienist was double booked. This was an incredible waste of time. I can't trust that this office will ever hold an appointment in the future. Don't waste your time.

I have been coming to this Dental group for 8 years or more. Everyone in my immediate family comes here. Dr. Cho and Dr Kwan are both excellent Dentists, and all their Dental hygienist are friendly and gentle. Today I had Jen. She is beautiful and always fun to chat with... They never make you sit in the waiting room. The receptionists are friendly and help you get you in and out of your dentist's appointment and on your way in life... If you do have to sit in the waiting room any length of time, they have an awesome Keurig with teas, coffees or hot chocolate to choose from too!

My sister has been recommending this dental group to me for months and months. I finally made an appointment and I am so glad I did! I was really embarrassed to go at first because I was ashamed of the condition of my teeth, but everyone--EVERYONE--was so kind, understanding, and respectful that I'm looking forward to my next appointment. I am so happy with my teeth right now and I don't feel any pain or discomfort.
Making the appointment was as easy as a quick phone call. I experienced no uncomfortable delays or wait times during the appointment.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, I can honestly say I don't mind going to Parkview. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dental staff is gentle, patient, and comforting which is a huge plus for someone like me. Lastly, Dr. Cho is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very comforting! My whole family goes here, children, mom, and husband and we are all pleased that the office is close to home and the service is impeccable.
I highly recommend Dr. Cho and his team to dental phobic patients like me and normal people as well :)

I highly recommend Dr. Cho and his staff. I've been going to him since 2010 and have nothing negative to say! The dental hygienists, who are both named Jennifer, are so awesome. They always explain what they're doing and reasons why. The staff are very friendly. They make sure to take care of you and your needs.
