Kudos to Doug and the team at Harrisons. My 14yr old Ford Explorer Sport Trac spent too much time sitting and when I did start using it more frequently, it developed unnerving thumping and rattling sounds. Harrison’s immediately diagnosed dried out front control arms, ball joints and a deteriorating drive shaft. They kept me well informed, supplied diagnostics with photos, sourced the parts rapidly, and turned the whole thing around in 3 days. Will surely use them again in the future.

Harrison’s was able to get our vehicle in and out without issue. Their service team was more professional and courteous than the local dealership and was also considerably cheaper. I was more inclined to use them over the dealership or courtesy alone, the savings was a bonus.

They were very knowledgeable, honest, and down to earth professionals. They worked on my motorcycle and did an outstanding job. Great and thorough customer service! Brion, explain all that needed to be done after an analysis text with graphics was sent! An up-front accurate price for servicing was given and was was completed when promised!!!! The waiting area, parking lot and the garage Bay Areas are ALL immaculately clean!!!! The Mid-Shore area is very fortunate to have the services of Harrison’s Transmissions! I HIGHLY recommend their services!!!!!

Had a transmission failure on a trip while towing a trailer. Found Harrisons in a Google search and limped the car in. Harrisons allowed me to take my time weighing options, got me to and from the rental car agency, stored my trailer and even watched my son's dog for a while. Transmission shifts like new. Price was reasonable. Shop was impeccably clean. Personnel were professional. I cannot recommend them more.

Just had my 2015 Elantra engine worked on and had some engine components replaced. Harrison’s team was extremely helpful and excellent in terms of communicating with me, and working quickly and efficiently. Very honest and friendly shop.
