The night before I was checking out of hotel to return home to New York, I found that I needed emergency car service. I was extremely upset and far from home but Bay took care of me. They got me on the road safely and as quickly as possible. They even texted me afterwards to make sure all was well. I was very impressed.

While visiting St. Michael's on business, the parts from a previous repair on my VW Tiguan began to malfunction. The guys at Bay Hundred were awesome! They contacted Napa, my parts were covered by their nationwide warranty, and they were even able to get a Visa gift card sent to me to cover the labor cost. My VW made the 700 mile trip back home with ease and is still doing great! I highly recommend these guys.

I've gone to Bay Hundred Automotive since moving to St. Michaels 2.5 years ago, starting with an inspection. BHA is very professional, very friendly, and the staff have thoroughly explained each and every aspect of the service performed on my car. And, when I've needed a service they don't provide, they have given me several recommendations. I fully trust them with my car and driving safety, and highly recommend them.

Shane and the Bay Hundred team were fantastic. We just moved to the area and needed to get a state safety inspection in order to register the car. Shane and the team took the car right in and did the work without any worry or any hassle. Loved the professionalism and the casual, relaxed interactions. Bay Hundred gave the BEST SERVICE I could have ever hoped for and at a very reasonable price! I am in the automotive repair business in Pennsylvania and I had a customer call me with car issues in the Saint Michael's area. Wanting to save my customer both time and money I advised him that i would assist him in finding a local shop to perform emergency repairs. I was lucky to find Bay Hundred. I called the owner and explained the situation of my customer visiting his area and needing a fast turnaround. Within a few minutes my customer was being towed to the shop and within a few hours the vehicle

Mike, Shane and the crew did a fantastic job helping me out during Thanksgiving break. After having discovered a fluid leak just minutes before closing-time on Wednesday of Thanksgiving week, I called Shane, and he eagerly agreed to evaluate the problem. Car stayed with them over the weekend and was promptly repaired upon arrival of the parts. I am extremely satisfied with the competent service at an extremely reasonable price. All covid-19 protocols were maintained, and vehicle interior was wiped down for pick-up. Thanks gents!

Hugely Recommend! I had an issue with my work van not starting. I put it in the shop at (*shop name withheld*). After 2 months of diagnosing, the issue never was resolved. Kept getting the run around. Very frustrated, I had my van towed to Bay Hundred Automotive. I spoke to Shane and told him my situation. Shane and his crew immediately diagnosed the issue within 1 day! Shane gave me updates as to what the issue was, how much it would cost and when I can expect the Van back.
