I love the convenience of living at LLL Apartments! School is less than 2 minutes away, on-site laundry is great, they have tons of giveaways and chances to receive rent credit. Jackee, Oliver, and the rest of the staff are amazing & always ready to help. You can tell they truly want all of the residents to enjoy their experience while in college & will do anything they can to make sure we do!

I've been living at the apartments for 2 years now and throughout every problem I've had the office staff has been so helpful. The apartment are spacious and if you know how to decorate you can really make it feel like home. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful, they tend to be fast when fixing problems. Noise used to be a problem for me, but Jackee, worked with me to find me a quite apartment that has worked out wonderfully. The A/C works great. I really dont have very many negative things I could say about this place.

Just like many others have said, the only upside to living at this apartment complex is that it is just steps away from campus. Rent is way too expensive for the quality of the apartments. After my first year of living here rent increased and after my second year they announced that rent would be going up yet again for the following year. They want more money out of tenants while the over quality of the property is not improving. The only improvements being made while I was there were to the units that had flood damage. Now I am yet to receive my security deposit back from my apartment that I moved

Besides being right next to campus, there are no upsides to living here. The office hours are not updated and posted so that we know when we can go get packages and such. Rent is very VERY HIGH for not very high quality apartments. Management does not know what’s going on and is very unhelpful. Service requests are not attended to in a timely fashion. I would not reccommend living here.

Sometimes things get fixed and sometimes they forget, don't make notes, and let things fly. Maintenance is nice and very proactive with Work orders. I just think that sometimes the desk ladies don't always care. I feel unsure and disappointed sometimes. I just wish people imagined if it was the other way around. We found checks in the trash for other residents, deans certificates, and etc today. I'm nervous to be here a bit but Im here. So.🤷🏽♀️😔
