We are in our early days with Rory Mack, having moved over from another property managing agent who's service we unfortunately felt had declined over the last year.
The word I would use to describe our experience so far is refreshing!
Rent arrears are being chased efficiently and effectively.
We have professional feedback, most importantly considering both the tenant and landlords view, allowing us to make informed decisions.

The staff are professional whilst maintaining the personal touch, nothing is to much trouble willing to guild the layman through the multiple issues associated with both residential & commercial property rentals.
Steve Gallet & Kirsty Thorley have managed my properties throughout the evolution of regulation changes and have always maintained good communication lines.
They are supported by a very good commercial & accounting department, Claire Dalton gets a special acknowledgement for maintaining

We had appointed Mark@RoryMack last week to survey a property in Newcastle under Lyme. We received the survey report promptly on time, which pointed out several major issues to be concerned about. Thank goodness, as we were totally unaware of these earlier and almost going ahead with the purchase of the property. Now, we are in a position to re-negotiate the asking price after evaluating the costs of substantial repairs. The report was fairly in detail and it was easy for us to understand and act accordingly. We are impressed with Mark and we'll appoint him again for the next property.
