We believe it is important to take time to talk with our clients, to be available and listen to the concerns of each client. Lou is a life-long North Carolina resident, raised in Fayetteville. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his law degree from Campbell University. From the initial steps of his professional career, he has worked in the courtroom. He served as an assistant district attorney in Mecklenburg County.
Lindsey is a North Carolina resident, raised in Denver. She graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University and received her law degree from Charlotte School of Law. In Law School, Lindsey participated in the Self Serve Clinic for Pro Bono and developed a love of family law.
However, Lindsey's initial step in her legal career was with Shapiro & Ingle, focusing in real estate matters- foreclosures, real estate title, bankruptcy and representation of lender's rights in contested hearings.Lindsey traveled the state representing her clients' interests in hearings throughout the state.

I was awarded spousal support from my ex who was represented by this attorney in 2018. She failed to submit the paperwork to my ex’s former employer in a timely manner and as of this date 7/1:21 I am still waiting to receive my first payment. This law office took a great burden off of me and got me I would have to say 3 times more on my settlement than any other law office I discussed my case with. Lou was absolutely Amazing!
I live in Greenville N.C and he is located out of Charlotte N.C. The distance was never a problem. I was so lucky to find him!
I originally was using a local firm in my area but I was not satisfied. I never got to talk with my previous attorney prior to mediation. My previous attorney tried to get .me to settle for 10,000. I did not accept so i hired Lou and Lou got me 90000 plus some depositions paid. That is almost 10 times as much then my previous attorney. Lou gave me his personal cell number and text or called me back if I had any questions. I would highly recommend
