Dr. Gibney opened his office in 1985 in Spring Hill, FL to serve the needs of residents of Hernando and surrounding counties. He is a general dentist and is certified by the American Board of Oral Implantology. He has placed and restored over 5,000 dental implants and is permitted to provide conscious sedation to assure your comfort throughout all procedures.
Dr. Gibney has developed and trademarked an award winning technique for replacing a full arch of teeth with provisional restorations within 24 hours of implant placement. This process is 24 Hour Teeth! Although this technique will not apply to every patient, the appropriate candidate will benefit by having a full set of teeth during the entire course of treatment.
Before surgery begins, Dr. Gibney reviews John's CAT scans and the planned implant placement. He is planning on placing 7 implants on John's upper arch. Surgery began at 9:35 am and is completed by 9:55 am. The planned 7 implants that were planned were successfully implanted within the 20 minutes of surgery.

I’d like to start off by saying not only is Dr. Gibney very intelligent, but very honest. He won’t just do something to your teeth unless he is 110% sure. He is there for you! Not just your money. And I know this for a fact! because NO WHERE between Tampa to Homosassa assessed me and gave me the accurate information I needed besides him. I will no longer be in search for a dentist. He is THE MAN! For all your dental needs I’m so lucky and happy I found him at the time I did because I was going to do implants with another dentist and spend thousands of dollars and would of had the exact same

Jim jablon here! I have been one of doctor Gibneys patients since he opened up in Springhill and he has been nothing but " five stars" on every visit. His time is spent patient by patient, not trying to funnel people through the office. His staff gets the same five stars as well! Rhonda, you're the best!

Dr.Gibney was wonderful.I couldn't ask for a better experience. I recently had two dental implants.I was very nervous. Dr.Gibney and his staff made me feel at ease. As it turns out I had nothing to be worried about. There was no discomfort whatsoever. It's been five days and everything is healing perfectly....Also, The office is Beautifully decorated with calming shades of lilac, gorgeous family photographs. I can't thank all of you enough.

I came here to get a tooth pulled. I received no antibiotics which means I got an infection, and was in a bunch of pain. Not to mention the tooth next to the one pulled was knocked loose because the tools used were wedged into my sockets. The doctors remedy for that was to just file down the tooth that ended up loose. AND insult to injury the loosened tooth now is broken where the tool was wedged.

I would like to start by saying I have had a difficult case to treat. If there was a 1 in 1000 chance of complications I have been that #1 multiple times in my life. I have suffered from PTSD from other dental practices and I must say the dedication of everyone in this office has been commendable. The entire staff has excellent bedside manner. Ms. Joyce's soothing voice alone could calm a screaming infant. Dr.Gibney has been the out most professional yet personable dentistry professional I have ever met. Dr. Gibney, Rhonda and Joyce are awesome! I have so many good experiences it’s hard to narrow them down for this review. I’ll do my best
1. Another dentist tried to charge me $7,000.00 for several root canals ( The only reason I went there in the first place was because they had a free exam)I declined! Went to dr Gibney I needed 3 fillings!! I cost under $300.00
2. A few years back my husband and I where starting over and broke. My husband was missing a few teeth in the front of his mouth ( looked terrible)! Dr Gibney made what he called party teeth an inexpensive acrylic flipper. $285.00

My favorite dentist in the whole world!! First visit was 15 years ago and will never change dentists! He's the type of dentist that you dread going in when you know you haven't done right with your teeth..just for the simple fact you don't want to disappoint him. About how you felt with your parents when you did bad in school or something..they don't say anything but the sigh's or the look you know it isn't good...hhaa. I'm not running anymore I'm going in for appointment asap! hhha. I promise!

I needed alot of dental work done. My eye tooth never came down so my upper teeth shifted over. I never felt comfortable to smile. I finally had the nerve to visit Dr Gibney's office. He is a Miracle Worker. I now have a beautiful smile because of him and his wonderful staff. I thoroughly recommend everyone to have Dr Gibney as their dentist. With all the dental work I received, I felt absolutely no pain. The office completely made me feel like family!

What a pleasant surprise, it's still possible to find a dental office with the ' good ole day's 'feeling. Dr Gibney and his entire staff are the best experience I've ever encounter in a dental office and in 69 years I've been to a few. I'd have no problem sending my grand kids here and that's saying a lot. No one enjoy to us going to the dentist but this office makes it easier.

My experience has taught me to be "sensitive" when it comes to choosing my own dentist.... Deciding to see Dr. Gibney was great today, as I awoke this morning with a dull mixture of on/off headache and toothache, but couldn't tell if it wasn't my tooth. So I called Dr. Gibney's office and was seen promptly in the afternoon. Upon arriving, I was cordially greeted by Dr. Gibney at the reception window and made me feel welcomed in a caring atmosphere...
