Top notch service!! I had a bad leak and no other roofer wanted to try to repair it. I called to schedule an appointment and mason was at my house within a few hours. He tarped my leak and noticed that I had hail damage to the roof. At first they weren’t going to cover the whole roof but they supplement to get it covered. Very thankful to have a new roof and no more leaks.

Mason and his team were great. He was very knowledgabel and honest from the start. I had plenty of roofers to choose from (several people knocking on my door) and I’m glad I was referred to Kalu roofing. He was… not pushy and didn’t require any deposit until his crew started tearing off my shingles. They finished in one day and magneted all the nails out of my yard… (I have a dog and grandkids so this was very important). Mason’s communication was great throughout the whole process. He did my roof, fence, gutters, window screens, and comb out for the AC unit) Highly

I'm going to say the obvious--Replacing a roof is never enjoyable; however, Mason from KaLu Roofing made it virtually as pain free as possible. He is the real deal. He dealt with our insurance company on our behalf and got us the best possible price as far as deductibles and all that really "fun" stuff. His crew was outstanding and finished the whole roof in one day and left our outside area spotless. This is the second time I've had to replace this roof due to hail damage and the first company, years ago, made me swear off roofers but I'm serious when i say that you will NOT regret your experience

I would recommend this company to anyone! With everything that is going on in the world today it is hard to find EXCELLENT customer service. Mr Mason approached me with a spirit of excellence from day one. He was personable; yet professional. He was also very detailed with the quality of the services provided as well as the quality of their materials. The contract was clear and precise, however when I had questions, he ( Mr Mason) took out time to explain When I needed them the most, KaLu Roofing and Construction came through for me.

Mason McLaughlin and KaLu were fantastic in installing my new roof, and I am a tough customer. After Mason put me in touch with my neighbor who had used him for her roof replacement and she told me she had a great experience, I went with him. Great communication and follow through. No complaints or criticisms whatsoever. My sister/brother in law have now used him to replace their roof with success too. I highly recommend Mason without reservation.
