Great experience handling multiple transactions as well as complex corporate set up, employee equity plans, and finance documentation and negotiation. I've almost exclusively used large firms in the past until Yadegar and I continue to transition more work over.

We hired Roby to help us with our Series A financing. The first law firm we hired made a mess of everything so Roby had to first clean up our books and records, but he got the deal closed as quickly as possible and saved us from losing our investors. A lot of these reviews are saying similar things - great lawyer, great service and great guy. But aside from all of that, Roby understands business and seems more like a business partner than our lawyer.
