This is a relatively new massage spa that I found online while vacationing in SLC. After two long days on the ski slopes, I was looking for a therapeutic "sports" style massage, not Swedish. Sheri the masseuse gave me the best massage I have ever received! She is a highly skilled practitioner who knows what she is doing.
While massages are definitely one of the best ways to help with stress and sore muscles, relying on regular massage appointments alone isn't everything you can do to help deal with the aches and pains of everyday life. Below are a few tips from our massage therapists that can help to prolong and enhance the effects of your massage and help keep you feeling relaxed and comfortable until your next appointment with us.

I made an online appointment for a couples massage for me and my best friend. The therapist called me to confirm the appointment. The couples massage room was great with comfortable and clean sheets, hot towels, and a glorious massage. Both therapists were excellent focusing on our needs and sore body parts. We both received a full-body massage finished with a relaxing head, face, and neck massage. Great place for couples or anyone who needs a great massage.

Booked an appointment online about a week before. Showed up early and the door was locked. Called the number on the door and she answered. Clear she was not in the store and asked me to wait 10 mins. I waited 15 and then left. Very unprofessional, glad I didn’t pay online. Do not book here.

Made a last minute decision to book my first professional massage. The online booking portal allowed for same day appointments.
The place was clean, the fountain was leaking with a large puddle on the floor you had to step around in the front lobby, music playing in the room was awkward slow love jams that was distracting to have music with lyrics.
The masseuse was on her phone, which was on speaker, talking to someone for about 5-10 minutes into my massage, she also did not silence her phone and it went off a few times into the massage, someone called her at the hour mark and she left to answer

I asked for a deep tissue high pressure massage and she gave exactly what I asked for. The negatives of the massage was she stopped about 5 times to greet other customers that came in or answer her phone. That is unappealable and ruins the relaxing part of the massage. Ultimately I would mot recommend

Been looking for a good massage therapist. And tonight went in to get a massage at the fashion spa. Extremely and pleasantly surprised! Decided to get a one-hour massage and actually got a one-hour massage. The therapist was very knowledgeable, with six years experience under her belt.
The reason for wanting massage was I was having some tightness in my lumbar region, shoulders, and calves.
She actually walked on my back. She got in there and though she's a short little woman did a great job! Now my body feel phenomenal. I think I will be patronizing this Spa from now on.
The spa was very clean

Do not step foot in here! I left 5 min in when it was clear the woman doing my massage had never been in a real massage school. The entire time she was hurting me and putting her elbows into my spine. I kept asking her to stop and she would not. Then when I was trying to leave the owner kept walking in on me changing!

I called fashion spa massage last minute and they were able to get me in within the hour. The place is clean and nice. They had a fire place space heater in the room with lots of beautiful boho deco. Sophia came in and massaged everything from my feet to the top of my head. My body was in heaven. She even did a chakra balance for me and showed me how she was using the tool. She went the extra mile and used a gasha to scrape my face and shoulder muscles that were holding extra tension. I will definitely keep coming here.

Decent massage and price overall. I really wanted to like this place since I just moved close by. My partner and I came in for a 1 hour massage at $60 each, which is comparable to most of the Asian spas in the area.
Halfway through, both of our therapists stepped outside for a few minutes to greet other guests and make personal phone calls. Really unprofessional IMO and ruined the relaxing time we were supposed to have. The rest of the massage was mediocre, with me wondering why I wanted to come here in the first place. I have a membership through Massage Envy where the massage is consistently

This place not only provide a good massage but an excellent customer service as well. I left my cellphone one night that me and my wife did the massage and it was closing after we're done with the message, but they kept it and did not deny that I lost it there. cozy and clean. will definitely be back.

Let's talk about the garbage experience I just had with this place. I walked in a few minutes ago and asked for an hour massage. The lady said she could do a half hour massage because she had an appointment. No problem.
$45 for a half-hour massage.
Uh, that's a little steep, but ok.
She then asked for payment.
Before the massage.
Never in my life had I had to pay *before* a massage, but ok. So I hand her my credit card and she said "$5 charge ok?" UH. FIVE DOLLARS for a credit card process?? So--in case math isn't your strong suit--that's $50 for a HALF-HOUR massage

This place is legit. Nice atmosphere. Neat. Clean. Insanely awesome massage. Neither Sherry or LuLu are willing to leave any knot or tightness unattended. A lot of massages are like horse rides at resorts, there is a trail and they will follow it. Not here, they go where your aches and pains tell them to. The result is that you feel wrung out in a good way, relaxed and rested. And language is not an issue. Highly recommended.

This is not your typical watered down Massage Envy massage. This is bodywork.

First, its one of the cleanest facilities I have been in in all of Salt Lake. I am used to having to deal with all sorts of facility qualities (hailing from Brooklyn, NY) and have been SHOCKED at how dirty some other places in Salt Lake have been - but here, the waiting room area and the rooms were spotless and well attended to.

Second, on the contrary to the other reviewers - the staff spoke pretty decent english and we had complete conversations.

Third, the massage itself was fantastic. The therapist responded

Okay massage but they dont understand English so you cannot explain what you want worked on. Disappointing for the $60 per hour cost. I've seen much better.
