Hi there, my name is Stacy and I am the founder of Inspire Day Spa. The idea of Inspire Day Spa came from my passion for nature, people and the spa industry. Mercado Del Lago is the perfect setting to bring all of it together! The outdoor activity area combined with the opportunity to actually breathe in fresh air surrounded by the beautiful lake views.
All service times include 10 minutes for you to dress/undress and ask questions. In addition, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for completing any necessary forms and waivers and also for you to enjoy our relaxation room, the lake view and our facility in general.

Wow! I was upset that there was a scheduling error for my appointment today, but the owner and the manager called me to personally express their apologies. It has been great that they worked with me to still offer my mom a special spa day for another time but this is how you do customer service! Haven't experienced their services yet but my mom and I are really looking for it, definitely recommend.

This hidden little gem was fantastic. It's smaller than a resort spa but with the key amenities you appreciate. I enjoyed sitting in their lovely lounge overlooking the lake, including individually-wrapped treats (COVID-safe). My therapist was very good, working on my tight spots but sensitive to my tolerance level.

I have been going to Inspire Day Spa for 3 years and this year I decided to invest in the VIP membership program because I loved this place so much. I planned a date night for my husband and booked the Romance by the Lake package. This was my husband's first massage and I have had a really rough couple of weeks so we both were really looking forward to it. Things started of a little rocky as our massage did not start on time and the room was just being turned over about 10 min past our appointment time. I have nothing but positive things to say about this spa. From the moment you walk in to the moment you exit, you are welcomed and relaxed. As a curvier gal, I'm thankful that there are many sizes of robes for guests too. The relaxation room allows for guests to prepare for their massage and to continue the relaxation after. I've been seeing Dora for years, and she has a great sense of working trouble areas for tension. If you're unsure about the experience, she eases you into it all. 10/10.

Absolutely top notch experience. I frequently get massage therapy and was looking for some relaxation while visiting Phoenix. I was able to grab a relatively last minute appointment with Jake and he was fantastic. He has a very intuitive nature and gave me some stretching recommendations after the session. Highly recommend him as a therapist! As others mentioned, the relaxation room is second to none with a stunning view of the lake behind the building.

OH MY GOSH! This place is a taste of heaven! My husband and I had a couple massage in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary. It was so calming, peaceful, clean, relaxing...JUST OUTRIGHT HEAVENLY. The masseuses were absolutely amazing as well as the front desk staff. They make you feel so special. Even the other people that were there for massages had great energy. It's just an all around great place to be. You WILL feel rejuvenated and relaxed without a doubt. It's expensive but worth every dime. You have to experience INSPIRE at least once. Hands down.

So I read these reviews from folks coming in for a day, an hour, a couple of hours... but I couldn't find one from any reviewer who visits with Chanel every week like I do. I am a raging, arthritic, post-COVID warrior who has faced significant health challenges after a 3-week hospital stay in July 2020. I am still dealing with the lingering symptoms of COVID nearly 15 months later, one of which is unbearable pain from new onset systemic osteoarthritis.

My husband and I came for deep tissue massages. We've had a handful of massages before, but we're definitely not frequent massage goers. We booked a massage same day for both of us and this was easily one of the top 2 massages I've ever had. Amanda is so attentive to all your ailments, and really knows how to get the most out of the time allotted. I thought 120 was a little steep for a deep tissue massage, but I'd 10,000% pay that again and again for how amazing the massage was. Worth every penny.
You also get a relaxation room with robes and slippers

I should've listened to my intuition and called her back ,but I didn't. In the end, they ruined a birthday surprise for my partner.

I booked a massage here after seeing all the five star reviews. Best decision ever. I arrived a few minutes late due to an accident on our route that cause a road closure. The front desk was extremely kind about it and didn't make me feel badly. They took me back right away so I didn't lose too much of my massage time.
My massage therapist was Jake. If you're on the fence about having a male massage therapist...don't be. Jake is extremely professional and made me feel more comfortable than any other therapist I've ever had. He really listened and customized my massage

This place deserves their high rating. I booked a bridal party getting 2 treatments each and private time in the relaxation room with a lunch. Everyone loved their treatments and the food was delicious. It's right on the lake and we all enjoyed sipping our champagne while watching all the cute dogs go by. The staff was so kind, came in to check on us and kept the champagne glasses full! Their facility was clean, beautiful, and I think their prices were very reasonable. Way more reasonable than any of the resort spas I was looking at. I will definitely be coming back.
