I cannot express how much I love these people. We attended a first time homebuyers class run by the Jacob Olson team and chose them as our realtor. Since they run classes for beginners, they are so experienced and patient with first time homebuyers. They explained everything from "escrow" to "homestead application" in terms that were actually easy for us to underst a number
