TIME IS MONEY and if you're a Minnesota realtor, odds are good that whenever you are making the latter, the former is in short supply. Closing on a property feels great and pads the bank account, but it's only part of the job. At TWIN CITIES TC, Real estate agents are responsible for marketing, prospecting, client care, customer service, and, last and often least, paperwork.
Time-consuming and tedious, paperwork is essential to all real estate transactions - but is it essential for you to do it yourself? Just as accountants file your taxes and mechanics fix your car, Transaction Coordinators can take care of your real estate transaction paperwork so you can get out there and market your properties.

Services
Twin Cities TC was formed with a simple goal in mind - we wanted to take our years of administrative real estate transaction experience and offer services directly to the Minnesota agents and brokerages about our industry thrive. Basically, we wanted to cut out the middleman and in order to provide local real estate agents with a direct line to the time-saving administrative services they need.
As an agent, you deserve a service that's tailor-made to suit your needs. That's why Twin Cities TC goes the extra mile to make sure our services align completely with the needs of each agent we work with. We take care of all the transaction services you require without adding work unnecessarily to your goals.
In the past, many real estate brokers used an in-house Transaction Coordinator, but this strategy has proven too expensive for many. The cost of a full-time employee does not always make sense especially when sales slow down. That's where we come in. Twin Cities TC can flawlessly integrate our services with your company, manage your contracts and provide a transaction-based pricing structure, so you do not waste money when the workload varies.
