3 bed, 2 bath for 1,600 a month. Come to find out that there are multiple people that have tge same exact set up for 1,200 and 1,300. Will definitely be getting out of the apartments sooner than later. Extremely disappointed and don't recommend.

BEWARE SCUMMY RENT PRACTICES. My boyfriend was moving here and originally secured a price for 1350, paid their deposit for that price and then a week before they were set to move hiked the rent price to 1600. Extremely unprofessional and a ridiculous move. This is Georgia not New York, you've got to be kidding me if you think you can get away with these prices.

I'm giving this complex a 5 star rating, not because of the quality of the complex which is on par with the price, but because of the maintenance guy, J.R. from day 1 he has been courteous and receptive of any and all problems that could require his attention. when a maintenance request is submitted and J.R. is the guy on the receiving side, he calls ahead to plan around your schedule, right before if he needs to enter the unit, and after service calls to follow up to ensure everything is right. not only is J.R. professional, but also very personable. he makes the experience living here at the

I applied to this facility and since they denied me and my roommate they refunded us the holding fee/application fees totaling $170. This is now a derogatory remark on my credit report. They are sending me to collections over a WILLFUL refund and refuse to answer their office phones.

Horrible leasing lady in the front office when I first moved in she said my rent was 1089 even says it in my welcome letter well 4-5 months pass and i get emails sayin im 500 dollars behind and i will be evicted in 5 days this happened TWICE so i went down there an turns out she never put 1089 on my lease which now im mad so she tells me she doesn’t have to change it but she will the only reason she did was because it was in my welcome letter thank god she was very rude and snappy will the apartments are not clean they have roaches an sometimes trash all in the front.

So we haven’t moved in here yet, our move in date is in May. i just have to say how helpful and responsive Malinda with their staff is! this is my first time renting an apartment and i’m so glad it’s here and haven’t even moved in! She emailed back that we were approved in less than an HOUR! they seem so friendly, even just simply being helpful and friendly over the phone covering questions you have! totally recommend and love the friendly staff!!

I have called and requested a callback from a courtesy officer about the tenants above me. They play music until roughly 1 am on nights that I have to work, they jump around and shake my light fixtures constantly, and I don’t get a break when they’re gone because their dog barks all day long. Which I can clearly hear through my ceiling. I have a job and have to get sleep. Don’t give me the option to complain about noise on your answering machine, and then have no one respond to my concerns. I’m not paying almost a thousand dollars a month in an apartment with an outdated interior to have

This is not a great place to live. Even before I had picked up my keys to move in the staff attempted to violate my contract. The contract had been signed, submitted and I had paid my prorate. They had also cashed my check. Then, the day before I was due to pick up my keys, they said they were going to raise my rent by $200 a month. I had to contact attorneys for breach of contract and threaten to take them to court for the manager to honor my original contract. Second, if you live here you should never order anything for delivery because 70% of the time you will not receive it. Myself and companies

We have been here for a year and a half. If you like dogs this is the place for you! But if you are bothered by barking, this is not the place for you.
The staff is friendly and quick to do maintenance if we need it.
POOL When we signed up it was described as open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week. During the pandemic the pool was closed until after the 4th of July, which is understandable. The pool hours are now 9 - 5 during the week because they want you to pass through the lobby for access. Again, I assume this is pandemic related.
HOWEVER, THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED ON SUNDAYS!

We had quite a few issues when we first moved in and they were immediately addressed. The management staff has always been very nice, responsive, and know everyone at the complex by name. We showed up to the office late one night (after closing) and Heather took care of everything we needed. Malinda is always a pleasure to work with as is Alyssa. I can't say enough positive things about the management and this property!

I have lived here since April of 2019 and have had nothing but a great experience with Malinda, Heather and Alyssa. They have all been warm and a pleasure to work with. I had the apartment manager Malinda go out of her way one evening as she seen that I had missed the closing of the office and that I get frequent packages and had missed the office closing, she actually brought it to my apartment. Who does that these days? A manager who cares that's who! I had an ant problem once reported it to Heather and the next week pest control had been in my apartment and left a note with instructions

My husband and I just moved in and we absolutely love it here! The property is very clean and well kept. These apartments have great amenities including a very impressive gym for an apartment complex. (I've actually considered cancelling my current gym membership!) The staff is phenomenal, especially Heather!

This really is the best apartment community I have ever lived in and incredible value. The neighbors are nice, grounds are kept clean, maintenance is sharp and on point, and the office staff get to know the residents and genuinely inquire about your well being or remember your dog's name, it really feels like a true community. 

By the way, a majority of the utilities are covered with rent- water, sewage, trash, INCLUDING CABLE TV! The complex is all electric, so no gas bill. Energy efficient as well. I have A LOT of equipment and keep my A/C ON 71 degrees and my bill has never exceeded
