Services
We are doing everything we can do get the spa reopened as soon as possible. The restoration has become more complex than originally anticipated. Smoke damage and insurance delays are making it quite a difficult process, but progress is happening daily! In an effort to support our therapists through this trying time, we would like to connect any interested clients with your preferred therapist for massage appointments.

This was such a wonderful experience! I’m so glad to have found a proper Russian banya in the heart of Denver. The facilities were super clean and they have loads of measures in place to prevent against COVID - temperature checks, cleanings, the therapist wears a mask the whole time as do you during the portions of your treatment when you’re on your back. I had the deluxe treatment which included hot tub, banya, two massages and a salt scrub and all of it was in the comfort of my own personal room. Such an amazing experience - my body feels refreshed, my skin feels new. I’d highly recommend

I made appointment for hot tub and 1 hour massage at 545PM. I drove thru rush hour traffic 45 minutes, paid for parking, got inside the business at 530 PM and was then told my appointment was no longer available. The guy told me he tried to call and left message on my cell phone. No message but I did see that the business # was listed at 512 PM. Then the guy had the bright idea to ask me if I wanted to reschedule!!!! REALLY....???Then drove 1 hour thru more rush hour traffics to get home.

I was hesitant to go to this place. A little place at Colfax and York. My sister convinced me. I also have probably written two reviews in my life, but I felt that this place was so amazing, that it merits this review. Ibza means log cabin in Russian. I've had hundreds of massages in my life, this was incomparable. It was more like a medical intervention. The masseur was so experienced I felt like he knew every bone and muscle in my body. I was also hesitant to have a male masseur. I was totally comfortable and this massage has ruined me for any massage I might have in the future.

Could not be more pleased with my experience at Izba! Brian was an excellent therapist and it was my good fortune that he had recently had training on working with shoulders (since I am having issues with one of mine). Super professional, fun and informative. He was very responsive to adjusting pressure when I needed it. And the banya - LOVE it!!! From the hot sauna on a cold day, to the honey and the leaves, to the rush of cold water at the end. Not sure why it's been years since I've been here. I'm making this treatment part of my schedule!

My partner and I decided to treat ourselves after hearing about this place from a friend. What a wonderful experience! We went for the deluxe package with seaweed wrap, so a total of 2.5 hours of pure bliss. We had Demitri and Laura (hopefully got those right), who were fantastic! Very clean and professional atmosphere. Loved the authentic Russian countryside style. It's well worth the splurge to go for the deluxe package. Will be telling everyone about this magical place!!! Thank you for making us feel so at peace!

This place has unfortunately went way down hill.. I've been goin there for years and it was a hidden gem for a while but my last experience was awful!!!!
I took my wife for an anniversary present and we were very disappointed! For starters they had a trainee and she didn't know what she was doing. Dimitri was ok but she was not! Gave a lame massage and didn't really care!
I really wish they would have let me know that she was new...I woulda went somewhere else!

We arrived here all ready for our deluxe treatment which included a hot tub session to start, a massage, banya (which is a steam room session whilst being hit with oak branches-it is supposed to make you sweat quicker?) then another massage, back for another banya then finish off with either a body mask or body polish.

This was well worth the time! I received a deluxe treatment from Eugene and it was wonderful. He is a true professional, absolutely knows exactly how much pressure to apply and explained everything as the treatment went along. I thought it would be too much at first (2.5 hours) but it flew by and I am so happy I chose that treatment. Already standing up straighter and my body/muscles feel so much better. Please don't miss this experience. One of the best massage treatments I have ever had and can't wait to return to Izba Spa next time I visit Denver!

The reviews of this place were spot on. Took a friend for the deluxe package and was very excited about what we were going to experience. You do walk through a building down to the basement. Was greeted and had to fill out some quick paperwork. Was taken into our room where we first soak in the hot tub for 15 minutes. I wore my bathing suit, but if I had gone alone, wouldn't have thought twice about being naked. Was very relaxing and they provided water. After that, we laid on the table on our front. For overall experience, technique and uniqueness this place gets 5 stars! The atmosphere is down to earth and steeped in tradition, which I like very much. The routine of heating your body, receiving massage and repeating is lovely. First we started in a water spa for 15 mins. Then we went to the table for our first massage. Afterwards we went to a dry sauna; the wooden kind with hot rocks. Steam and aromatics were added to make the room smell so good. The oak leaf treatment was applied at this point which was remarkable. Then back to the table for more massage! Did I mention this was something

I love the unusual location, you keep walking down to the depths of an old house converted into a holistic center. The Russian decor is really cool and the place just has a no frills vibe that I really appreciated.
My friend and I decided to get the 15 hot tub session with one hour massage. The hot tub is nice and deep so your shoulders are covered (I love being fully submerged in the hot tub since my neck and shoulders are usually tense) and the water
