Dr. Erwin was born and raised in the San Joaquin Valley. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1990. He practiced in Fresno before settling in this area. Dr. Erwin opened his own practice in Sacramento in 1992. Dr. Erwin made the commitment to bring Chiropractic to other people when Chiropractic achieved dramatic results in his own life.

Your body then assesses its internal and external environment and sends impulses back to the brain telling it what's going on and what changes need to be made.
Some patients enter our office in severe pain due to chronic conditions, nervous stress, or even herniated discs. If these people had been checked and corrected as a child, they might not be suffering from the physical problems they have now. Children can be misaligned at birth. This can effect their growth and development and contribute to learning problems and other childhood disorders.
For 30+ years I suffered from back discomfort. Many times, I was bedridden unable to move without excruciating pain. Other times crippled up hobbling with what seemed to be an "S" shaped back. I regularly visited chiropractors who gave me temporary relief. Since receiving "upper cervical care" for the last 10 years from you I have not had one painful episode of back misalignment that I was forced to live with before.
I have suffered with recurring left lower back muscle spasms due to 40 years of hospital nursing and bedding patients. I feel so much better every day. I have no more muscle spasms for several weeks, even though I continue to move heavy patients as a part of my work. This treatment has truly helped me over the long term more than any other treatment.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Erwin. I am a 64 year old widow, and when I found Dr. Erwin, it was a Miracle for me. I have had to work myself to death, standing and walking on hard concrete floors for years, and lifting heavy objects, not to mention all my yard work and house cleaning, moving heavy objects constantly. I have had degenerative disk disease and osteo arthritis in my neck for years. Due to these arthritic conditions, they lead to debilitating pain. I have been going to Dr. Erwin for years now, and only have to visit him very frequently now, like maybe once or twice a year when I overwork

Since under the care of Dr. Erwin, my TN has not been nearly as serious and the frequency of TN episodes have been greatly reduced. My quality of life is better because of his gentle approach to my chiropractic sessions. His technique is painless. No bone cracking at all. I also appreciate his front office assistant, Claudine who's always cheerful and caring.

Honestly one of the best things I've done for my self to increase my well-being and sense of comfort. The experience in office is painless, fun and inviting. It's amazing how small painless adjustments make a huge difference. Don't get me wrong after you leave and for the next day or so, you feel your body adjusting and realigning. But when all was said and done, the follow up visits after the major adjustments are perfect to prevent continued pain and keep us aligned. Everyone is so nice, everything is so clean and its a time and life saver. Great service, highly recommended.

I BELIEVE! Dr Erwin helped keep me stable and functional until I had a hip replacement. Afterward he restored and maintained my correct posture. I have no back problems I’m 64 and I still do plenty of physical labor. My former traditional chiropractor was not able to get the stiffness out of my neck; it just wouldn’t adjust like he wanted. The result was I had to compensate throughout the rest of my spine to adapt for my C1 because it was chronically out of alignment. Dr. Don is the greatest! I've spent years and lost of $$$ with traditional chiropractors due to numerous car accidents all to no actual betterment of my issues. I'm so glad that a friend recommended Body Balance! It has changed my life. His goal is to make it so that you don't have to come and see him anymore...as in true healing!!! When I started I was going 3 times a week...that was 2 years ago...now I go in for an adjustment every 3 months or so and after I've been adjusted it sticks for that long! Absolutely wonderful place and the staff is the best! Would recommend them to anyone who is sick

Four years ago I thought I was going to have to quit my construction business and go on disability.
