Every claim I have had has been treated fairly and with fast response verbally and with whatever action your reps gave as to what I could expect. I have never felt that your company was trying to deny my claim or make it difficult to receive compensation. I have a friend who switched to Erie after her name brand company would only replace half of her roof after a bad wind storm. She is your customer for life, also. I have my auto and homeowner's insurance with Carr and Erie insurance and have been with Erie for over 40 years.

We had been loyal clients of AllState for many years, both Auto and Homeowners. After dragging our feet for years, we chose to do due diligence. We were referred to Carr who assessed our needs and tailored coverage for our Autos and Home. The coverage was virtually identical except for some increased replacement costs offered by Carr (Erie). AllState could not match either the coverage or the premiums. We should have done this years ago.

I have been a customer with Carr for several years, both home and car. Each time I call or stop in the office I am in contact with some amazingly professional, helpful, and friendly people. Regardless of my request, whether it be a claim or some type of policy change, it has always been handled expeditiously, and to my satisfaction. My latest interaction was on Christmas Eve. I changed cars and notified Angie of the policy change. Within 15 minutes I had a new insurance card for my new vehicle. Unbelievable service. Carr Insurance definitely has their game plan together.

Very professional sweet ladies will research the cheapest prices for your policy, they actually work for you instead of putting pressure on you to sign a policy!
The sweetest person is our insurance lady Sheila, she is a real professional and know what she does, we moved from LA to OH and she dropped my policy down form $240 a month to $60!!!!!
And I am not saying that because I know her, but because what she did for us!
