Corrective exercises can help make any pain that you are experiencing go away and stay away. These exercises will strengthen and correct the irregularities of your body which may be causing your pain.
Does the Adjustment "Hurt"? The Chiropractic adjustment is usually pain free. Sometimes you may experience some soreness after the adjustment which is normal. A detailed examination and history is performed and any risks pertinent to your health and specific condition will be explained in detail after your assessment.

Dr. Andrew is great! I was new to the area and was seeing another chiropractor before moving here. Dr. Andrew took the time to ask me what types of adjustments my previous chiro did so I could have a better transition in care. He’s very kind and listens to your problems. My back has been doing much better with his care. It’s also very easy to make appoints with him, I can usually squeeze in an appoint the same day!

I was recently experiencing extreme pain and discomfort in my lower back making it very difficult to get out of bed or even walk.
