In 1995, Richard Rowe founded Alpha Real Estate Group. His career in property management, however, began as a teenager in Iowa. When he was 15 years old, he took a part-time job in the ground and janitorial department of the public housing authority in Burlington, Iowa. Though he planned to pursue a career in law enforcement, Richard discovered a passion for property maintenance and real estate.

I have never once been displeased with the quality of service and attention to detail that Alpha has provided as our Home Owner's Association manager. They are always responsive and genuinely willing to invest in the neighborhood and their relationship with the residents.
Richard is very good at following up (immediately) when there is an issue, and even when there's been an issue that wasn't their fault (ex. new roof leak) he went above and beyond his responsibilities to make it right.
