Services
Our Texascorporate and securities attorneys serve as outside general counsel to businesses and individuals throughout Texas. As trusted advisors with a wide range of experience in business matters, we work closely with our clients to help them achieve their business goals.

Our Texasbusiness lawyers have a wealth of experience in assisting buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, sales of stock and assets, and leveraged buyouts, primarily in middle market transactions between $25 million and $250 million in value.
Estate planning usually begins with the preparation of a will, and sometimes a revocable living trust. Maximize the amount going to loved ones by reducing taxes. Our Texasestate tax planning attorneys have the background and experience to help you minimize the transfer tax cost of passing your wealth on to the next generation.
Properly drafted and executed policies and procedures are the employer's first line of defense against claims of discrimination, improper treatment, or wrongful discharge.

The Texas laborlawyers of the firm's Labor and Employment Group work with clients to develop personnel policies-including, most importantly, the company's Employee Handbook-to help them address the tangled web of state and federal workplace regulations, including leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), pay practices, paid time off and vacation, overtime, non-discrimination and harassment, substance abuse and testing, attendance, and discipline.
Our law firm's Texascommercial litigation practice covers a broad spectrum of business disputes, including disagreements over the meaning of a contract, insurance coverage disputes with insurers, disputes between co-owners of business enterprises, claims by or against vendors, product suppliers, and lenders, landlord/tenant issues, and the full range of disputes in the oil and gas arena.
Our Texasenergy lawyers advise upstream and midstream oil and gas exploration and production companies in negotiations and disputes with landowners, and in state and federal regulatory matters. The Texas energy attorneys at Branscomb Law represent landowners in negotiating the terms of seismic permits, option agreements, oil and gas leases, easements, and surface and subsurface use agreements, as well as in uranium leasing transactions.

Called this Office with General question and person answering phone, dropped it, said "hello hello" in an exasperated voice and then said the connection issue was on my end. So much for first impressions. Your front desk help cost you a client. Called at 3PM 11/1/2018. I'll go down the street where someone knows how to work a telephone.
