Do not live in COLLEGE COURTS in tuskegee al , they are beyond UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE , and will give you the run around when it comes to your security deposit! They try to hold your money, don't return phone calls, texts you name it! If i can rate this place ZERO stars I will! They are a complete joke!!! Don't even waste your time move somewhere else!! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!

Do not rent here!!! Mold, roaches, bedbugs
Highland Ridge apartments are slumlords. Feces spew on floors with bad plumbing!!They illegally towed cars because the staff has partnership with tow company!! I have a parking sticker and permit to legally park here! No cars were tagged or given warnings. No notes or letters were put on doors!! My car was in a parking space. Not in a no parking zone or illegal space. Class action coming soon!!! Anyone else please contact me if you experienced this illegal act of discrimination!!! It’s $200 plus $50 each day they keep the car!! This is near Christmas

Me and my girlfriend have been patient and I’m done I’m sick of this we gave the manager at Ashbrook of Albertville 70 app fee and a 300 dollar deposit online it states the app is 15 per adult there 2 of us and we have all this info on the 10th of sept she didn’t process it till the 18th since then we can only get her on the phone once a week and she has always needed just one more thing weather it be income paper. Spoke to her this past week she said she would give us a straight up yes or no this past sat never heard from her can’t get her on the phone when I reached out to the management
