I bought a couples massage for me and my boyfriend and they canceled on me three times now! Bad service, won’t even try to buy anything from them ever again.

I chose to go to Purely Kneaded Body work for the first time on Sunday. When I tell you this woman had me so relaxed when I left. I get massages very often and she was one of the best if not THE best massage in Charlotte. Her mannerisms were out of this world. The area was clean and sanitary. She wore a mask and also advised me to wear one as well when I was on my back, Something about that comforted me. It only gave me 5 stars to rate it but she honestly deserves much more. I can't wait for my next visit with Charhonda. I will be a loyal customer from now on! :)

Scheduled a couple’s massage while in town celebrating my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. We both enjoyed our massages, just wished we booked a longer time! Very professional and attentive.

TL/DR; DO NOT use this company if you can avoid it. I can't speak for anyone else, but my experience with Purely Kneaded Bodywork (PKB for short) was AWFUL.
I'm going to list out my interactions/attempts at working with PKB.
1. I purchased my groupon for a couples' massage in December for my wife. I tried to reach out to schedule and had weeks of back and forth with PKB before finally getting it on the calendar. I get it. Scheduling can be tough sometimes - especially when running your own business. No problem.

This is my second time having my girlfriend go to Purely Kneaded Bodywork for a prenatal massage. After her first appointment she came back happy and feeling limber even though shes 8 months pregnant. The staff is always nice and they provide great services for an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend going to Purely Kneaded Bodywork for your next massage.

This is my second massage with Charhonda. Her hands are absolutely amazing. She applies the right amount of pressure to fit your needs. She provides you with feedback regarding any tension or tight muscles she locates while massaging. She also gave me suggestions on movements I can do to release the tightness. I am very pleased with my services and will book again.

What a wonderful experience. My girlfriend booked us a couples massage and we were met with chocolate covered strawberries, wine, and an extremely comfortable atmosphere. Andrew worked hard in my problem spots as I have an extremely bad back and neck. Charhonda was amazing and gave my girlfriend a wonderful massage helping with her scoliosis and anxiety.

I was seeking a deep tissue massage, and I was greatly surprised when I went to Purely Kneaded Bodywork. The massage therapist, Charhonda was amazing and applied strong pressure throughout the session. The facility was clean and well-kept and it was professionally managed. I look forward to my next deep tissue massage.
