I spoke with several insurance team members before being able to talk with Natalie. When speaking with Natalie I knew I would be switching my insurance. Her personality makes the insurance process that much better. With her, the process was simple AND thorough. BriJette is great to work with. We recently closed on a home and had to make several changes to our policy several times with a quick turnaround and she got everything updated promptly as promised. I was going out on a limb with looking for insurance quotes. I was trying to get a better rate. Very skeptical I was calling different places trying to shop. There wasn’t nothing wrong with my current insurance I was just trying to get it a few dollars lower. If you’re looking for consistency and great customer service.. this agency is where you need to be! My type of work makes me relocate a lot and I’ve had to update my address multiple times in two years. I thought they would be tired of me calling, but it’s the exact opposite.
Although we haven’t met in person, they treat you like family. Jay has been AMAZING and BriJette just as much of a pleasure to do business with.

I had a quick question in regards to some insurance needs. BriJette was thorough, courteous, and quick in her response! What really set the experience apart is that she currently doesn’t service my state but was still willing to help and get me to someone who could. I appreciate that as solid customer service can seem nonexistent in today’s society. I recommend her to everyone I know in ATL. Business with her is more like talking with someone who cares about you as opposed to doing business with a company. 5 stars in my eyes!
