Unnecessarily overcharges for mediations because both parties have to dispute, so when one party calls attention and refuses to pay from being over charged. They file a motion to intervene in your case, getting a default judgement even though you disputed the charge in writing. Retire the firm please. The lazy court just gives them these cases due to the racquet system in the civil court system in Allen County.

I'm not sure what I can say about an attorney that won't get me sued, but I don't recommend this place.
Ok, I'll say it - I saw this guy as a free service of my EAP. He talked for two hours about mostly things that didn't pertain to me, then I got a bill in the mail for over $500 for MY TIME THAT HE WASTED. He had lunch stains down his suit and was missing buttons, he may need the 500 bucks more than me. His wife is the clerk of courts and now he has all my personal information, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to get sued for the balance of my "free consultation" but that's the kind of place this

From the first time we had our initial interview she was totally dedicated to our situation. We never felt she was more interested in more important matters. Out situation was always "THAT IMPORTANT MATTER". Our son was fighting for custody of his boys. Their mother had decided to move to New Hampshire and thought the two children should come with her. Fighting to be a single father he feared it could not possibly happen. After all, mothers always win, right! Not this time.
