I joined State Farm in August of 2005. I opened my Bustleton Avenue office in November of 2007. I opened my Academy road office in May of 2017. Nine of my team members are Property & Casualty Licensed. Seven of my team members are Life & Health Licensed. We have, Alex, Lio and Ricardo, whom are Spanish Speaking team members that can be reached directly by calling my Spanish hot-line at 215-867-6616.

As well as Paola who speaks Albanian & Italian. We handle State Farm Insurance relocations into PA & NJ. We offer Business, Auto, Homeowners, Life & Health Insurance. I just have to say that being a customer with State farm for many years has always been amazing, The team that I deal with directly IS ABOVE AND BEYOND AWESOME! I am currently going through some personal issues and one person in particular her name is Liz, has been like family, her kind words, and thoughtfulness was what I needed last week! There is also Luke who I just had the pleasure of speaking with is awesome as well! I definitely recommend them!

It was a pleasure working with Luke and Gretchen in obtaining a Homeowners Insurance Policy. They understood my situation and made sure that I obtained a Policy that met my requirements. They thoroughly looked into all matters, and got back to me in a timely manner. Within the day, I managed to obtain a Homeowners Insurance Policy which I felt very comfortable with.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Celeste Mariano today. I needed to get my car inspected this morning but realized that I did not have my updated insurance card with me. I was worried because I needed my insurance card in order to get my car inspected and today was the last day before my sticker expired. Thanks to Celeste she… was able to get that card for me this morning. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She is a great asset to the company and I am extremely appreciative of her great service.
