I have taken my vehicle here on prior occasions for smaller issues such as new tires, emissions and oil changes. This time I had an unknown leak that may have been due to an air conditioning issue. I was surprised at how above and beyond Hallmark went.
Not that I wasn't expecting great service, but I don't think I've ever had a service provider take me to my car and thoroughly explain and walk me through what was done to diagnose the issue and repair it.I was even asked to follow up the next week to ensure there was no more leakage. I will definitely take my vehicle here anytime it needs service in the future.

I thought my 150k mile car was done for even though I really wanted to keep it going until used car prices become reasonable again. I had misfire codes and sensor codes and maybe another code, I can't remember. Hallmark did some things that revived it and it is running will again and as far as I know it is code-free. I think it was the owner that I spoke with but he went over everything they did and was on the phone with me for at least 10 minutes and also went over what else they could do if the codes came back. I know enough about cars to be dangerous but this was beyond my skill set and everything

Bob at Hallmark Tire has been amazing to my family. My aunt came up to CT from PA and unfortunately had vehicle issues. Bob made her feel like his own aunt and made sure she was comfortable making the choices she did for her vehicle. He was fair and straightforward regarding her vehicle. I highly recommend Bob and his work.

This place is terrific! On my most recent visit, I had an axle changed and an oil change. They really went above and beyond. First, my front license plate was all bent and wonky. They took the time to straighten it. Then, I didn't know one of the bulbs in my blinkers was out. They replaced it for me. FOR FREE. What shop does that anymore?? Most places will nickel and dime you to death, but Rob (the owner's son) changed out the bulb for me at no cost. It's so difficult to find a good mechanic these days, so definitely bring your car here for repairs. Also, awesome bonus: they have a courtesy vehicle

I just returned home from having four new tires installed on my wife’s car. I did not read the invoice in detail until I got home. I was pleasantly surprised to see the technician not only professionally installed the tires they took the time to replace/reinstall the rear right turn signal bulb that I had improperly replaced. That took additional time and was above and beyond my expectations. THANK YOU HALLMARK!
