Professional service. No stalling like other shops. Jeep was overheating, somewhere deep in the middle near heater core. Paul's automotive took it apart, replaced everything perfect. I was thinking it was going to be a weeks wait. They called me the next day, and told me my suv was done. Truck ran like new.

I was referred to Paul's Auto Repair LLC, and so glad I made that call. I encountered Paul Jr. on my first visit, and told him about the issues with my car. They fixed the problem and I was very satisfied. One thing I did like about this establishment is that I was kept up to date with the status of my vehicle (thank you Kyle), which I didn't receive from the last auto repair place I visited. They are very professional, and the sitting area was very clean (which is a bonus to me). I'll be seeing them again at the end of this month for more work to be done before the snow comes. I’ve been a customer for Paul’s since 2009. Since I met this amazing family I have to say they are the best family oriented people. They understand your struggles and work on your car in a timely manner. Unfortunately I had moved and regret not staying with Paul. They are so professional, outstanding service and a very honest family owned business. Prices are fair and well worth it. Amazing job guys!!! I miss you and that’s why even though it’s a bit of a drive from me, I’m coming back for my car repairs. Never again will I take my car for repairs anywhere else.

Paul's Auto was a positive experience, as far as auto repairs go anyway. We had an engine issue that ended up including a new timing belt on our Honda Odyssey. Paul Jr kept us updated by email and phone all the way through the process, even including pictures to show us the issue. He also followed up a couple weeks later to make sure everything was running well.

I brought my 07 Silverado to Paul's for the first time about 4 years ago. I had a multitude of problems; however, I could not afford to fix all of them at once. Paul Sr made me a list of my trucks problems in sequential order, prioritizing from the most urgent issues to the least. I was then able to choose with ease the most pressing problems and still remain in my price range. When I picked up my truck not only was the interior vacuumed, the exterior was washed and they even cleaned my tires and rims. Best costumer service ever ! I've had a pleasure of doing business with Paul and Paul Jr ! I was recommended and I was not let down they were honest, quick and looked out for me anyway they could which is huge since I'm a college student !! My father also recently went there and they afford him a ride to and from the shop!!! What's better then that !! And after my first service they sent me a thank you card with a DD gift card attached! I was searching for a snowthrower to replace my 10 year old one that was hard to start and the starter kept breaking. Since we had a lot of snow this year, I had to call 6 dealers and check 3 online sources before I could find one. Paul's had three, and I ordered one over the phone. They were not scheduled to deliver to my town that day, but they made an exception for me and I had the snow thrower 2 hours later.

We recently had Paul's Auto Repair (and Power Equipment) fix our snow blower, when it would not operate the day after a snowstorm. It is an 8HP 24" 2-stage snow blower, which had to be picked up by them and transported to their garage. It needed to have a new auger belt and drive belt installed, as well as a new drive wheel. They also did an oil change and replaced the gas cap, which they noticed was damaged.
