After the passing of my mother, I went to Mr. Agee because he was the one that did her trust and will. I figured he would know best how to proceed from here. My sister and I had an initial consultation that lasted three hours. It was very informative and when we were presented with terms of an agreement, the payment would be 2.75% of her trust value. We initially agreed and gave him $1000 retainer. But shortly thereafter when we felt we would be paying him too much based on what her trust was worth we decided to go a different direction.
