My name is Mary Hobbs. Through a series of events, I wound up working for a chiropractor's office for five years, prior to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. There, I really learned the art of running and maintaining a place of healing. I graduated from Myotherapy in 2003 and opened my own business right away.
Massage therapies have been used for centuries as a way to banish stress, improve the body's function, and improve overall health. We offer Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, Shiatsu, and more. We are one of the only Salt Lake City area massage spas that offer the ancient arts of Ashiatsu and Fijian bar massages.
A deep tissue massage that requires no massage table or lotion. The course is a 12 NCBTMB approved live workshop that includes a digital manual and video to review before and after class. The full seated routine is for the posterior, anterior, side-lying positions and some sports specific moves for Psoas, Subscapularis and more.

I had a family emergency the morning of my appointment for a couples massage and sadly had to cancel the same day because there was no way I could make it since my mother had a seizure and needed to get to an ER. I totally understood and respected their policy and that I would be charged regardless of my attendance. However the woman I spoke to (whom I suspect was the owner or manager) was so rude it shocked me; telling me in so many words not to come back because somehow my family emergency was not a good enough reason to miss the appointment, and that I was somehow the villain because it is so

I'm so sad, the people running this place are SO RUDE. I called in just to fix what I thought was an error on my credit card, which turned out to be my own mistake. As I was trying to understand my own mistake, the women on the phone was clearly upset with me, continued to cut me off as I tried to apologize and then she even told me that I called in with a rude tone and that I wasn't very kind (I've never been told that before). I'm literally crushed that someone could be so harsh towards a customer who is just trying to fix a credit card charge. I sadly, will never be coming back to this location

Management/ownership is horrible. It’s crazy that Heavenly Hands is able to keep massage therapists with the way she treats them not to mention clients. There are plenty of great massage spas in the valley. If you care about the therapists and customer service on any level, choose another spa.

I received a gift card for $300 from a friend and held onto it for a little while due to Covid and when I tried to redeem it they would not accept. There was no expiration date anywhere on the card. I called and was told they no longer use that system and I understand that, however they have no problem knowing that they took a very large amount of money from a person and don’t have any intention of following through on a service. I consider this stealing. Very frustrated and disappointed in a local business being shady. Wish I could give no stars.

I hade the most amazing experience of my life in the sound bath. It was my first one and I did a session with my husband. I’ve told multiple people about it recommending them in. I’ve never experienced anything so out of body and meditative and eye opening as this. Both my husband and I literally sat in our car for an hour after the appointment just in silence and amazement of what just the frequency of sounds good to do our brains. It was amazing. I called to get the name of the person who conducted it and I was told his name was Sean. You were awesome!
