Dr. Maria Luba received her DDS degree in 2009 from the NYU College of Dentistry. Prior she received her first DDS degree in Uruguay at La Universidad de la Republica Oriental del Uruguay, where she practiced for many years. She has been a practicing Dentist for over fourteen years. She brings great skill, compassion, and dedication to her work.

I will preface this review by saying that it’s been years since I’ve been to the dentist. I was a bit nervous and apprehensive but after meeting the staff at Allstate Dental, that all quickly changed. I was greeted by Jyoti, the dental hygienist, very professional and made my cleaning very comfortable. Dr. Luba then came in and she quickly diagnosed a root canal and advised me to replace two fillings. Everyone from the check-in, to the financial dept. made this process so easy and ensured I understood my treatment from start to finish. I highly recommend this dental clinic!!

I am a new patient at Allstate Dental and recently received a cleaning and one cavity filling. I am very pleased with my dental care here. The office is impeccably clean, and the entire staff is friendly, attentive, and caring. Dr. Luba is truly a skilled clinician. I hadn't been to the dentist in almost twelve years and needed a lot of work done. Everyone from the intake, to financial, the techs and of course Dr. Luba were amazing! Oh my God my experience at Allstate Dental has been phenomenal, the staff was extremely professional, kind, sweet, very attentive. The place is absolutely clean and fresh. The nurse that took my ex rays and did my cleaning was so patient with me because I’m very sensitive to pain. She worked at my pase and just really sweet little lady, she gave me thorough instructions on my future cleaning and accommodated me in her best and most professional way. The financial lady also explained everything down to the detail and accommodated me with the best plan with affordable rates including discounts

I had the worst experience ever I went in for a routine check up and after the check up I was seen by a representative in the back She was dressed very unprofessional with tattoos all over her arms in display and a nasty attitude she told me that I needed a lot of procedures on my teeth and the cost would be over $4000 she then tried to upsell sme on a credit line to cover these costs. I went to get a second opinion and found out Most of the procedures were things that they didn't need to be done. I went back to speak to the representative the next week and was told that I was being disrespectful

I started coming here a couple of months ago after getting a new dental insurance. It has been a long time coming since I've been to the dentist and need a lot of work done. Dr. Maria Luba is so patient, does excellent work, and is great at communicating the procedures she's doing with you! The facility is greatly maintained and technologically advanced. The staff are also extremely polite and welcoming. I actually look forward to my appointments here. I definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a dentist in the Newark area!

I was searching the web for a dentist with Saturday hours in the Irvington, Newark area who also had good reviews. I was actually looking up dentist yesterday morning for teeth cleaning and gap fillings. I called couple of other dentist in the area but no one had appointments available, I came across All state dental on Yelp, they took my information over the phone, they gave me appointment for 5:PM, unfortunately I got there around 5:45PM due to last minute client meeting and then traffic on the road.
