Tried until I couldn’t. I am fully aware the world is short staffed and I tried to be patient. Ordered delivery…was told 55 min. After 75 min called and was told food was left on the porch?! Okay it was but the wrong house. Got the order and it was just one pizza I ordered 2. Called and was told the driver left the Other pizza somewhere else?! But the pizza that wasn’t delivered would be leaving the restaurant right now….I live ten minutes away. After 25 min I called and was told w an attitude we had to make a whole other pizza…transparency is key and I should have been told that to begin

Placed an order through Uber and they gave the driver my order not properly Bagged/Secured when the driver was taking g the order out of the car the bag literally broke and spilled my Penne Alla Vodka all over her car seat/floor. I know it was probably one of the last orders of the night but take pride in your system. Needless to say I contacted Uber and showed pictures to them they gave me a Refund. I just feel bad for that Driver

This is the third time I ordered take out and I have to stand by the three strike rule . I live on the shoreline and want to support the locals but you really need to step it up . I ordered a hamburger deluxe twice . First time came charred , rock hard , second time so much Mayo or whatever that sauce was .. it was drowning in it . I couldn’t even pick it up it was soggy and fell all apart , Fries undercooked and soggy. Ordered the fried calamari

Just moved here about 9 months ago near Genaros and came for pizza the other evening. We were very pleased to have a perfectly cooked crust and a delicious topping. We ordered the Margarita with the red sauce. We have eaten pizzas at many different places and Genaros is on our list as one of the best. The staff was also excellent! We will be returning to try some of the other dishes on their menu.

Online order for a sausage and pepperoni calzone, large pepperoni and a Garden Salad with grilled chicken. Bothe the pie and calzone were tasty, but the reason why I gave them four stars was because they forgot to include the grilled chicken with the order. I called them back and this very nice lady on the other side was very sorry about the mishap. She offered to give us a refund, which we accepted.

My family orders from Genaros often, so I was happy to give it a try. The prosciutto and mozzarella grinder was a MAJOR disappointment. The pic on the menu showed a panini-type grinder. What I received was untoasted bread and ham. What I had was not prosciutto. My calzone was okay. As you see from the pic, the top was a little well done. The cheeses and the extra sauce made up for the deficiency. My kids had lobster ravioli and fettuccine alfredo and they were very pleased. Me, not so much, hence the three stars.

We have a PIZZA FRIDAY once per month here at our place of business for the employees to celebrate birthdays and just to put a happy smile on everyone's faces! ;) Since this only happens once per month we always hope to have a perfect pizza experience. We have ordered around for years and sometimes we hit and sometimes we miss. On this day, Genaro's is going down in our book of Favorites...The pizza was baked perfectly, no burned crust! The toppings were super fresh! The Caesar Salad was pre-dressed just right, and they added in extra just in case. Thank You Genaro's for giving these hard workers
