A Comprehensive annual inspection of your home is done, in an effort to locate existing or potential problems, so that they are brought to your attention and addressed before they become larger problems. As a HVAC subcontractor who started in the trade in 1987 I have worked for many contractors and witnessed many ways a construction project can have setbacks and problems. Mapleridge Construction is the best I have worked with to date. To build anything is a dynamic event with the ultimate cost and quality of results totally dependent on good communication, smart scheduling and respectful and ethical way of resolving of the occasional but inevitable dispute.
