The vaccine are decently priced. The Dr. was weird. He kept saying that my dog was terminally ill and a bunch of other things that rise concern. I went to another vet for a second opinion and he told me my dog just had a cold and was able to treat him and get him up and running again! Would not recommend this place to anyone...

I'm not one to post reviews, especially to a business that I've been loyal to for about 15 years. But the situation that happened this morning was totally unacceptable and I will never bring my animals here again.
My dog has been vomiting all night and in the morning, I was still watching her. I comforted her and while doing so, she tinkled and blood clots came out in her urine. I immediately brought her to Northeast Animal Hospital to be seen. Google said they opened at 7A Monday-Friday. Come 7:25A, someone finally came to open. Stuff happens, no biggie. I even tried calling them around

Our dog just passed away, most likely due to a misdiagnosis. i should have known, we were in and out of there so fast, he did not take his time at all. he barely touched around her throat for no more than 5 seconds and said her throat was fine and the coughing was a minor issue and she should be fine after a few days with the medicine provided. this was a little over 12 hours ago and she passed away due to her throat closing in on her after her struggling to breathe and coughing out mucus. he didn't even bother to look inside her throat or anything. never had an issue with this place before

My little furry dog was in desperate need of a shaving and we were told by PetSmart that he needed to be sedated. I was ready to spend loads of money since the last time he was sedated it was about $200. Turns out the groomer was extremely well with my puppy and didn't even need sedation! He was groomed very well and for a reasonable price. Sad to know the groomer will be retiring next month! She was very caring with my nervous baby. Thank you!

I am normally not one to bash on people & their businesses but I really think people should be aware of what they're getting themselves into. I do realize that these people are doctors and even they make mistakes, reason why I took my dog of 11 years even after my boyfriend told me he had taken his dog there and after giving him surgery, they only recommended to put him down.
My experience now. Customer service was okay, depending on the person. There was a lady there who wasn't the best at talking to clients (super rude and unwelcoming) while others were super nice. The doctor

BEWARE. We have heard horror stories (read the other reviews and see) about this place but didn't think we would also have an issue. Dr. Castro came in and made up a story that our dog was bit by an ant on his behind before even examining him. Then proceeded to prescribe a medication that was for ear use only, including warning labels stating it should not be used for other reasons. We asked to return the medication and the doctor tried to argue it, and eventually began threatening me and cursing, which I did back to him and was kicked out of the building. Never in my life have we had issues

We brought our dog in for a teeth cleaning and I am really impressed how smooth everything went. Very fair price! When my husband dropped him of in the morning he mentioned that I am very nervous about the procedure and they called right away to let us know all went well and that he is ready to be picked up. Thanks for taking care of our Barney!

I am very unhappy with this place. The veterinarian, along with her staff, is very uncaring and no personality, and you can tell she really doesn't care about your animal. My pet went in for a regular surgery and came out smelling like urine- the entire office smells like 10 litter boxes. Please don't take your pet here if you want the best care.

When my granddaughter who's 10 y.o came to visit for the summer she had in tow her best friend ever . A black puppy she calls Gotti . Unexpected but all the same a pleasant surprise . We wanted to get his shots and be assured of his health . My son and husband initially took him to the Animal foundation for shots . But his fur around his eyes seemed weepy . I looked on the internet for a vet close by . Impressed by the reviews of northeast animal hospital I called for an appt . Surely angels led me that day to the best vet I've ever known . Gotti has been being treated for allergies which

I had 3 other estimates on getting my dog's teeth cleaned and some bad teeth extracted from other vets before my mom referred me to this place. The people were soooo nice it was really fast, and it costs about a $1000 less than anyone else. I am going to make an appointment to follow up just because my dog is rubbing his face and I want to make sure he doesn't have an infection from his dental work but I'm pretty sure they will look at him for free. I'll update this review after the next appointment but you should definitely come here. They're really really nice and all

Great staff, very friendly and helped ease my anxiety with my senior pup! The only thing that I wasnt happy with was how they left him after surgery. He had a dental cleaning and a small tumor removed from his head. I picked him up bloody and when I asked why they didnt clean him up, no one could give me an answer. I was told I couldnt wet the area, but could clean him up if I wanted too..
Umm, yes, my poor dog looks horrific:/
