Payment in full is due at the time of service. Before services are provided, a deposit of part or all of the estimated charges may be required at the discretion of the healthcare team. Dr. Vensand was recommended to me before the Pandemic hit. They weren't taking new patients at that time. I went to another well rated Vet. #1 they were a lot more expensive. They read conditions to me from a screen. I already googled and read this information before my visit. Everything needed a test. I was sooo happy when I could see Dr. Vensand at Rainbow Hospital

Rainbow animal hospital is truly the best. They are one of the few vet offices I have been to where I don’t feel like they are trying to up-sell me on everything. They take a common sense approach and make suggestions that benefit my pets but also keep in mind the costs. Their vets and technicians are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I am so grateful I have found them and will continue to seek their advice and care for my pets. I highly recommend them- I think I have seen all the vets at one time or another and all have been fantastic.

Worse customer service. My dog was having anxiety problems. Called to see if I need to bring him in. The vet was to call me back. NEVER CALLED BACJ. I called 3 times in 2 weeks and couldn’t get any vet to call me back. So I called another vet and booked an appointment with Mauser clinic. So I called to get his records. Called 3 times. The last time the receptionist said she would immediately send me via email as soon as we hang up. NOTHING!!!!
These people don’t care about your pet. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!’n HORRIBLE PEOPLE

We’re new to the area and we hadn’t established a local vet when our dog stopped eating. Rainbow got us in the next day and did a thorough job examining her. Dr Cortez was so kind and courteous, and she took the time to explain her assessment. One week later and our Labrador Retriever seems to be bouncing back. I’m forever grateful to the staff at Rainbow Animal Hospital.

Looking for an excellent, kind, compassionate vet for your pet? Look no further than Rainbow Animal Hospital and Dr. Patton. He helped me through 2 losses with gentleness, kindness and caring. One of my little ones was a stray that was half dead when I found her on the street. With his care she survived. He thought she might have about 6 months to live because life on the street did a lot of damage to her health. With his care she lived for 18 months and when she passed she knew she was loved. The first part of her life might have been horrendous, but with quality care he gave made the last part
