Well I had broken my sunvisor by mistake and it was replaced while I was waiting.Also I needed a new shock it was ordered while I was waiting.I was greeted by a exotic perky blonde European woman who gave me warm coffee and chocolate candy.The bathroom was equipped with warm air 2cans of Air spray and a clean atmosphere there is always space for my car at Autospace

They are a bunch of thieves. I asked for an estimate of a job and they “fixed it” without even asking if I wanted the job done or not. The job was done in 45 minutes and changed me for two hours work plus a bunch of other things. If you want to over pay for the job go to this place. They specialize in taking peoples money. Their lost because I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there.

Say a price over the phone and then when my mom goes to the store with that money, say you never said that price? Okay, cool.
But scream and act so aggressive to my mom and girlfriend, calling them liars or deaf because of a mistake your company made. Extremely unnecessary and rude.
We were customers and sure, we expected a price other that what was given, but there are ways to talk and treat people with respect and the owner of this shop did not show that at all. There are ways to have civil conversations and talk about the problem instead

I needed a tow as well as alternator replacement. I spoke directly to an employee and was given a reasonable estimate on a simple fix. I was later on given a bill asking for over twice the amount I was originally told I’d be paying and when I asked why my bill was so high, the employee became aggressive, accused me of lying, and started telling me to either pay or leave. I never had someone treat me so disrespectfully the way they did. There were no new issues found to the car, so the charges were simply inflated. This also became clear when I was able to knock down the cost slightly, but still

I usually do not write reviews. 6 years ago I started going to auto space. I had difficulty with my drivers seat in a tot yoga Yaris 2007 car. Toyota quoted me at $1,200 to fix it. Auto space fixed it for less than half the cost. Been going here ever since. I was always concerned that an auto shop would over charge. I don’t ave that problem at auto space. The price has always been good and the work has always been good.

This place is awesome. Best automechanics on the south shore of LI. My family and I have been coming here for years!
My car was damaged very badly in a hit and run in the city a few months back- not only did Autospace send their 24 hour tow service on a Sunday to pick it up, but also helped to secure an adequate rental immediately for the several weeks I needed it- and fully restored my car back to its original condition beautifully!
They are a family owned business and pride themselves on service. Autospace will take care of you every single time and will handle it all! From small oil changes

This is ONLY for Autospace auto repairs and Autospace collision service. I used Autospace for years and then suddenly service and reliability went down drastically. After 'Jack' left, they returned to their classic excellent service. I had the occasion recently to ask for their help in a complicated recovery effort and they were very sympathetic. They went out of their way to help me, repaired my son's car under difficult circumstances and the charge was reasonable. Thank you Autospace!

Worst place ever! they put a engine in my car, the check engine light came on a day after i picked it up, so they claimed they fixed it. A week later, the check engine light came back on.These people do not know what they are doing. They pick a different engine in without replacing the oil. When i checked my dipstick the oil was extreme low and dirty. I would not recommend. Not to mention how bad the customer service is, one of the people who work here cursed me out for a problem they clearly never fixed. Looks like my lawyer will be handling my problem with these people

I’ve been a long-time customer at Autospace. I purchased a car from them six years ago, since then both my wife and sister have purchased cars from them. We get the majority of our maintenance/repairs done there. Between the three of us we’ve had a great experience with them all around. They’re straight to the point, fairly fast, and most importantly for us cheaper than the other shops in the area.
