Love, love, love this place! I've tried a few ramen spots before but this is our favorite. The flavor is always phenomenal and the beef just falls apart. The shoyu is by far the best. Totally recommend!

Food was good it was around 47° yesterday and i was hoping to have burning hot ramen but it was no it was luke warm. Costumer service was not good at all I walked in and there was a "server" and I said table of 4 and she said "we dont do that here" in a very annoyed tone. The table was not clean so we had to wipe it off with a napkin. The cleanliness of the bathroom was extremely bad there were napkins everywhere and the trash can was over flowing. They had siracha and soy sauce but no vinegar which was a bit disappointing

Definitely not the best ramen.... Firstly, soup is not even HOT! Secondly, noodles were stuck together, taste is understandable cos it like a fast food joint... but the worst is when we all 3 of us had diarrhea after 6hrs!
This is by far the worst I have reviewed a restaurant... sorry but please check your food!

Grown up version of the packaged soup. When you walk in you get an awesome smell of noodle soup goodness. The staff was friendly and the soup was amazing. The ramen bowl was enough for two. The Teriyaki chicken was amazing. Definitely coming back. There was a line out the door.

I got the shoyu Ramen, which was more flavorful than expected. When I first walked in, I was greeted with an awful egg smell, which almost made me turn around & leave... however I decided to still give this place a try. It's not the best Ramen in the valley, that title still belongs to Jinya in Chandler. However for the price it can't be beat. $10 for a quick & yummy bowl, it's worth the stop by.

To be honest, this place seems like a good "hole in the wall" Asian food place. I thought it was cute and enjoyable.
I got the Chicken Yakisoba with a Thai Tea Boba and the tempura shrimp, and my boyfriend got the Sweet and Sour chicken and a Milk Tea Boba with the Gyoza and Spring Rolls as well.. I can say from what WE got, it was pretty good. And I would go back again. The shrimp was fresh and tasty, as well as the spring rolls and the gyoza as well. I've never tried Yakisoba outside of Ramen packs from the store, so I would say it was actually pretty good! Staff was also friendly. I could see

The food is outstanding. Really outstanding and homemade noodles, etc. Impressed. A bit of a wait and place needs cleaning but they are understaffed like all places.

Udon noodle soup and Beef Shoyu Ramen were fantastic! I'd give them 5 stars but we ordered to go and when we arrived they told us they were out of one of the udon noodles we ordered. I chose to replace it with the Shoyu ramen. The process could have been smoother and we ended up having to wait for that bowl to be made. I would have preferred they called and notified me so that when we arrived all our food would be ready to go. Aside from that, the food was delicious! I wasn't mad about my substitute 😊 the beef was super tender! And the leftovers reheated well the next day.
The menu isn't extensive

Been coming here for the ramen for more than 2 years! Always tastes great and comes out hot. Perfect for when you’ve had a bad day.
The Tonkatsu ramen is my favorite and one I would recommend if you havent been here before.
The food they serve I would say is good also, the gyoza is especially yummy but I can’t say much more about other dishes as I haven’t tried it as much. That being said I would go here specifically for the great ramen they make.
Thank you!

I got the House Special with shrimp. It's my favorite. I love spicy food and this hits the spot. When I go to other ramen places they don't have this flavor. So I'm always gonna be coming back to Haiku Tokyo.

Don't try to go here 30 minutes before closing. They won't serve you. What a joke. Don't say you're open until a certain time and then not take a customer's order

It didn't meet my expectations, so I won't go here or recommend it. But I'm glad I tried it to find that out.
Very "limited" menu. Sticky tables.
The Katsu chicken, the sauce was too sweet like a BBQ almost.
The Teriyaki chicken was decent, I liked the smokey flavor.
The Udon soup was good but I asked for no onions and there were green onions, this was an allergy for someone in my family.
The gyoza was good.
I guess she must have misheard me and I was charged and given two bobas, I said two waters.

I CANNOT recommend chicken dishes here.
The two chicken plates we ordered were so DRY, they were NOT EDIBLE. We tried, but wound up throwing much of it away.
The teriyaki meat was dark meat, so it must have been sitting out way too long &/or was overcooked to be so rubbery.
The only thing we enjoyed was the gyoza. It was fresh & very tasty.
There were very few customers, so we did not expect to clean dirty tables before eating our meal.
That takes us to using the facilities for paper towels & soap to clean our tables.
The bathroom was very dirty & it was so dark, I'm not sure if their light

My family loves this place when we're looking for our fix of Ramen. This place has my vote for the best ramen joint on this side of the east valley.

Located in San Tan Village. They offer dine in and take out.

The bowls are huge and filling. Be warned that their spicy options are just that. My go-to is the Miso ramen with pork belly. I love the Tonkotsu as well but for my taste it is a little spicy (but I am a spice wimp). The flavor of the broths are wonderful.

I also love ghat they serve boba tea. They offer other food options for the pickier little kids (like my daughter). Overall

The house ramen was so delicious! I wanted to try a little of everything so I added in extra beef and shrimp on top of the pork and tofu it already came with for proteins. SO amazing! The fried tofu was nice and spongy to absorb the broth, the beef was superrrr tender, the pork was full of flavor and was nice and charred as it should be, and the shrimp was my favorite! It was slightly breaded and had so much flavor! All in all I give it a 10/10!!!

I also ordered their passion tea boba! It was also delicious, refreshing and the boba balls were squishy and not all hard and disgusting like some

Absolutely delicious!! They may not do Poke any more but the menu is well worth the change. The udon was sweet, spicy, savory, and absolutely perfect! The noodles were excellent, as was the gyoza, and orange chicken. Definitely a favorite!!

How can you post your hours as being open until 9pm and the refuse to sell my any food when I go in there at 8:40pm!?! Maybe change your hours as closing at 8:30pm if you're going to turn everything off that early. It doesn't make any sense. And why post you sell poke bowls when you don't sell them anymore. No business sense!

Went one hour before close and they told me that they had already thrown out the food for the day. After asking if they're able to make anymore they answered rudely and said that it's too late for that.

Horrible customer service.

This place has good ramen for great prices. We've been here a few times and really like it.

The tonkontsu is delicious and not overly spicy. I got it with beef and the beef was super tender.

We had the shrimp tempura appetizer and the shrimp were crunchy and and delicious. The sweet and sour sauce was pretty typical.

Overall the food is good quality and the service is always fast.

Broth is a solid 4.5/5. Nothing too unique, flavorful but really oily
Egg 4/5. Bland but the creamy texture makes up for it
Meat 4.5/5. Classic pork taste, and had a crunchy texture
Noodles were soft and spongy 5/5
the ambience is off
Wish they had authentic spoons
Overall: 3.8/5

FYI! THEY DO NOT SERVE POKE HERE!
Saw amazing photos of the food so we drove an hour to be really disappointed. The restaurant was filthy and we immediately noticed that this was solely a ramen and teriyaki shop.
I waited patiently at the "ORDER HERE" sign until an employee came up to me and gave me a chin nod. A freaking chin nod. Not a "Hi", not a "Can I help you?" NOT. ONE. WORD. I asked him after a very awkward moment of silence if they served poke and the guy just shook his head. Still not one word. We walked out.

WOW! This place blew my mind. The food was stunning and reminded me of Chinatown San Francisco! We had a large party and got a little of many different things because we had never been there before and we were just guessing. The food was 5 stars! We could have used some help with the menu and just guessed a lot. Nobody checked on us, so it was a little strange and felt like fast food service in a nice restaurant. But the actual food is nothing shy of amazing!

Not too shabby!
I was happy with the quality of food, especially for it being so close to closing time.(2100 Monday)
Broth was flavorful and the pork was juicy/tender. Big bowl of ramen, could be "shareable".

Abosolutely, love the ramen because their broth is superb! But I'm not a fan of the whole set up in the restaurant. From when I remembered before, you would come in and order by the register and seat yourself and they will serve you the food but now, the beginning is pretty much the same thing but you have to get your food. It's kinda hard if you dine alone because I get it you don't want to leave your stuff unattended then your seat gets taken or if you go with someone then that person has to sit down saving the seats while you order and grab your food once your buzzer goes on.
