Services
She graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2008 and then completed an additional year of advanced education treating patients in the Emergency Room and Operating Room settings at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. In 2010, She returned to Post Falls, joining this practice with my father, Dr.
Tiffany Cannon has worked for Legacy Dental since 2015 and truly enjoys working with her patients to achieve their highest level of oral health care. In 2013, Tiffany graduated from Idaho state University with her Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She is also a member of the NorthWest Dental Hygiene Study Club.
Legacy Dental performs several cosmetic dental procedures at our office in Post Falls that will help you improve the look and function of your teeth. Porcelain veneers are handcrafted, custom-made, thin shells of dental porcelain placed on your front teeth. They are stain resistant and custom-tinted to blend with surrounding teeth.

I went to Legacy Dental for the first time on November 3, 2021. I was greeted by an awesome bubbly receptionist. They sent me a text link before arrival. I had all my paperwork and healthcare profile prepared for them. Each person from the receptionist to the Dentist was top-notch. My teeth never felt cleaner. They also accept Blue Cross of Idaho Medicare Advantage insurance.
Yet whatever insurance they accept. Legacy Dental is worth your. Dr. Kedish and her team are outstanding! Two thumbs up!

Legacy Dental was amazing!! From start to finish they listened intently and I felt I was heard and respected. I have severe anxiety with the dentist and they made this process so much easier for me. They walked me through everything, no stone was left unturned. I wish I could remember my dental hygienists name but she was the absolute sweetest!! I was cared for and comforted in any times of discomfort. It’s the dentist so of course not all things are the most comfortable to sit through, like all the X-rays and such. I genuinely had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place to everyone

I’ve been going to Legacy for the last year and I absolutely love it. The hygienists are always so kind and do such a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Tiffany took such care in cleaning my teeth and was a joy to talk to. Dr. Frank is by far the most thorough dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had a dentist take the care that she does. I always leave feeling so grateful for such a great dental care.

Legacy Dental is the best dental office ive ever been to. Dr. Whitney Frank is smart as they come in her field and very informative in her presentation as to the work she plans to do for you. Her office staff is not only knowlegeable and efficient but are all lots of fun. I have been a patient there for many years.
