Marcus is a shareholder at Swor & Gatto, P.A. Marcus practices in the field of Personal Injury law. Marcus has extensive practice experience in the field of Personal Injury. He has handled every element of a case from the initial interview through hearings, jury trials, and appeals. He believes in a close attorney-client relationship and direct involvement in each element of the litigation process.
Paul is a major shareholder of Swor and Gatto, P.A. and co-founded the firm with Michael Swor in 1981. At that time Mike and Paul chose to limit their practice to Personal Injury and focus their attention on the representation of injured victims. Paul has practiced exclusively in the area of Personal Injury since 1981.
J.P. is a highly skilled litigator with over a decade of experience litigating complex and high value cases across the country. J.P.'s trial experience is second to none for under-40 attorneys and will serve as an enormous asset to SWOR & GATTO's clients. J.P. spent the first part of his career at a major law firm in St. Paul representing businesses and individuals in cases involving personal injury and commercial loss.

These guys are so wonderful and did so much for me. After my car accident there was confusion at the ER as to whether or not I needed surgery on my neck, asap, or not. I was sent home but advised to see a specialist asap. I called numbers and left messages. Communication was awful (possibly due to my confusion from headaches and pain) and i was scared and frustrated. I believe it was the day after calling Swor and Gatto that, all of a sudden, I was getting return calls that made sense. And referrals to the right specialists. Marcus Gatto is great. He spent lots of time sifting through my medical records to determine what the value of the claim was and what his approach would be in filing a lawsuit.
