I have lived in Washington state since 1985. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science, System Counseling, at the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS), Bastyr University. I work with individuals, couples and families; I have a significant amount of experience assisting families who have children with special needs, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
While there have been considerable gains in care and research for children with special needs, families are often left behind by our current health care system. I have experienced many of these challenges myself, and have worked with families to overcome many of these unique barriers. I am multilingual (English, Farsi and Kurdish) with multicultural competency, and have traveled to many different countries.

Services
I believe that people come into this world with an inner light. Sometimes the situations we find ourselves in can cast shadows over us that make it difficult to experience our strengths and inherent goodness. In my work with clients, I focus on empowering you to discover and channel your inner-light, and to help you live a fuller and more rewarding life.
